We had a nice stay overall. The location was perfect for us—just five minutes from our family’s house—and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to access from Tamiami. The property was very clean, aside from a few ants (pretty common in Florida, but something to note).A few details from the listing didn’t quite match what we found. There was no hairdryer, and while there was a table outside, there weren’t any chairs. The garage isn’t accessible to renters even though it’s listed, and there were no instructions for the TV or air conditioning as mentioned in the check-in info. The listing also mentioned kids’ books and games, but there were only a couple of minimal games and no books. The bottom bunk bed was quite squeaky.The kitchen was minimally stocked—fine for simple meals, but not much beyond the basics. The salt shaker was empty, and the pepper shaker actually had salt in it. No other spices or cooking staples. They did leave instant coffee and a couple of granola bars, which was a nice touch.On the positive side, the bath towels were soft and fluffy, and it was great that beach towels were provided.Overall, it’s a comfortable, clean place in a great location, but a few small improvements would make it even better.

Lots of issues

pros- place looks like pics, good location, largecons- had to deal with AC not working properly on 2 different nights when it was in the 90s all day-3 HUGE roaches appeared the 2nd night we were there. Manager acted as if this was so big deal and that this just happened sometimes in FL. I am TERRIFIED of bugs. I was so stressed I could barely sleep and had nightmares about the bugs. We got in late that night so they wouldn't do anything and VRBO was no help. I was freaking out worrying about them getting into our stuff and where they were going to turn up. Was told someone would come the next morning. I never heard from anyone but we didn't see them the next day and saw a small lizard instead so we were wondering if it may have eaten them. I was stressed out so much during 2 out of the 4 nights we were there that it made it not worth it for us. I felt sick from the heat the first night it was so hot. After all that I asked if we could get a later check out time than 10am cause we are not morning people but was told no because someone was coming to look at the AC again and fumigate. So our stay got wrecked and we couldn't even get a break on that. lol No compensation or anything was ever offered because of all the stress we had to deal with. Also note that the bed under the bunk bed is super creaky, they need blackout shades, and whoever cleans there is obsessed with air freshners so beware if you are sensitive like me because they are everywhere.

OSPREY RENTAL

Perfect for what we needed for a FL trip with the family. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Quick access to beaches, good amount of beds for a family of 6.

Christmas vacation

This is a very nice location. But the house is very poorly supplied there are things listed on the add that are not in the house. Dishwasher didn't work sent a message and it never got fixed in the two weeks that we stayed their. Had to asked two times for towels
