Welcome to this stunning beachside Ocean Park oasis, a truly special 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo with over 1600 sq feet which has been fully renovated with meticulous attention to detail. The soothing sandy white tones repeated throughout create a serene and calming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach!

Step into the open concept kitchen, a chef's dream with modern appliances and sleek finishes, overlooking the spacious living and dining areas. This layout is ideal for entertaining guests or enjoying quiet family meals. The living space is bathed in natural light, featuring coastal details and a flat screen smart TV with cable for your entertainment needs. Sliding doors lead to a private covered balcony, where comfortable seating awaits! Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the serene views and gentle ocean breezes.

The master suite is a true Amelia Island retreat, offering breathtaking sunrise views that will make waking up a pleasure! This inviting space features a king bed and a flat screen Smart TV. An attached full bath features a walk in closet, a tiled walk-in shower, and quartz topped vanity with two sinks.

The additional bedrooms are equally inviting! Bedroom 2 offers a convenient queen murphy bed which is perfect for family or guests as well as a flat screen smart TV. And Bedroom 3 is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed for added sleeping space. Bathroom 2 is fully updated with contemporary finishes, a combination bathtub/shower and granite topped vanity.

This stunning seaside retreat also conveniently offers a storage closet for beach equipment just outside of the front entry.

The Ocean Park Community offers immaculately kept grounds, a beautiful pool with a waterfall and hot tub, and a barbecue area. Enjoy a refreshing swim after a day at the beach while preparing delicious burgers on the gas grills.

This wonderful seaside 3 bedroom condominium is only a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Amelia Island beach and only a 5 minute drive from Fernandina's eclectic downtown area. The main beach area offers several activities for children such as a miniature golf course, a large playground, volleyball courts, a concession stand, and a skate park. Sip on your frozen beverage of choice while relaxing on the beach at The Sandbar, a casual beach bar and restaurant, just a short walk from this unit or enjoy the live music at Salt Life right across the road. Located only half a mile from the Ocean Park Complex, Fort Clinch State Park presents the perfect place for many recreational activities such as bicycling, fishing, hiking, sunbathing, beachcombing, shelling, swimming, picnicking, and wildlife viewing.

Not only was the condo very clean, but the entire complex was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and amenities were excellent and a very short drive or walk to the beach. A fantastic location and rental that we look forward to renting again!

The condo we stayed in was very clean. We had a good view of the ocean from the balcony with comfy chairs. The host checked on us via text asking if we needed anything. The condo was very well equipped with anything we needed. We will stay here again on our next vacation.

Perfect stay!

This condo was perfect for 2 family's (4 adults, 4 teenage kids) Thanksgiving vacation! The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the living room/kitchen area is huge! Well furnished and modern. Comfort of beds was average. Nice to have a storage area with beach chairs available for use. Beach is just a short walk and the proximity to downtown is great.

Extremely nice rental in a great location. It was very clean, had plenty of kitchen supplies and towels. The closet in the primary space is large enough to fit a pack n play. The host was very accommodating with an early check in due to poor circumstances with previous rental. Very short drive/walk to the beach. We will save this rental to book again

Living room furniture looked wonderful but the 2 chairs were very uncomfortable. Even the 2 twelve year olds wouldn’t sit in them. Also, the kitchen sink faucet was hard to shut off completely. It might need an adjustment.Lovely unit though.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Condo

We stayed for a couple night getaway with our family and had a perfect stay in this beautiful condo. My kids were a little disappointed that hot tub we found out was a kid pool instead and not hot tub but that did not stop them from jumping in that cold water! lol. Thank you for having us. We would def love to come back again.

We absolutely loved this condo! We got our dates wrong on another condo at the same place so we had to book 3 nights here until we could check in at thenew...we were so sad to move out. Beautiful place! Definitely recommend!
