perfect place to stay

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location is located close to all local amenities. The owner called me directly to check us in the day prior to our stay, the neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe. I would recommend this unit/complex to anyone staying in the area.

This was the perfect place for my family. The condo was clean and cozy. My girls and i enjoyed going to the pool. Also, the kocation was perfect because we were close to everything. I would highly recommend this place.

A Pleasant Surprise

The photos do not do this place justice! We were pleasantly surprised that the listing was a lot bigger than what we thought and it was such a great price too! The neighborhood is also very nice and felt safe.

Perfect for OWA

WOnderful location for OWA Tropic Falls, and shopping at Tanger. Close to restaurants and close enough to the beaches. Property is as represented and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the pool was wonderful. A couple of notes to those who rent the property. You might want to get to the property when it becomes available and turn down the AC, the owner keeps the property at 80 degrees when the property isn't rented and it takes time to cool off it took until 3:30 the next morning to get down to 74 degrees, we checked in about 5:30 or so. Dishes are plasticware vs. glassware and the bathtub in the primary suite has no option for running a bath, it is permanantly in the shower position. You can bathe in the second bathroom. The home was clean and ready to go but there were some clothing items left behind by the previous renters (we presume). Gene was great to work with and allivated our concerns about the AC. We had a great stay.

Overall nice stay, but innaccurate description.

Condo is nice overall, just minor inconsistencies. Overall cleanliness was good, but we noticed some clothes were still left from a previous stay. A towel rack was missing in the bathroom...this is stuff we should be told about, and not have to notify the owner (in case they may assume we were responsible). Checkout time on the website said 11am, but then owner called to coordinate and said checkout is actually 10am. Condo has minimal decor, more like the feel of a hotel than a 'homely' condo. Overall, still a good stay but the above could definitely be improved upon.

Great spot! Centrally located!

This was a great spot right in the middle of everything. Just a few minutes from all the ballparks for softball, shopping, and just short drive to the beaches. Home was clean and communication with owner/property management was easy and responsive.
