One of the nicer rentals I've stayed in, by far. The apartment was private, clean, modern and had every amenity you would need. I appreciated all the extra touches; it made my stay very comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this apartment.

A Wonderful Gem!

We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment was bright and cheery, everything was super clean and in wonderful condition, with lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location is not only close to downtown Dover shops and restaurants but also a short trip to the Maine Seacoast. Our host responded quickly to our inquiries.and took great care to make sure we were comfortable. We travel to the area often to visit family and will always look to book this property. Wonderful!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Ideal location just outside Dover, with easy access to I95 to go north or south. The Shanty Tavern is right next door providing a convenient place to grab a drink and meal. The accommodations are very nice, with full kitchen and a washer and dryer provided. I will state two considerations for renters, and note I had no issue with either. 1-there are 22 stairs leading up to the entry door (great exercise, especially when you forget your keys, twice), and 2-there isn't a dedicated or stand-alone desk area for work. There is a sizable area at the corner of the kitchen counter, with 2 barstools available, and I set up there. Just mentioning it. I would definitely stay here again.
