Our second living room is a haven of comfort and leisure.It showcases a beautiful grand piano,inviting you to create music and unwind in a serene atmosphere.The room offers a picturesque view of the pool,adding tranquility to your experience. Ample seating options abound with multiple cozy sofas,ensuring everyone can relax and socialize comfortably.
Furthermore,the living room offers additional sleeping arrangements:one sofa bed that accommodates 2 guests and another futon that can accommodate 1 guest.

Moving to our second bedroom,you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed accompanied by a TV for entertainment,a bedside lamp,nightstand,dresser,shelves, full-length mirror,and a generous closet,ensuring a serene and restful environment. Additionally,this bedroom has a direct access to one of the bathrooms.
Bedroom three offers a serene atmosphere with its king-size bed and thoughtful addition of a baby crib,along with a bedside lamp and ample closet space.
Bedroom four continues the theme of comfort and convenience with its king-size bed,nightstand with bedside lamp,full-length mirror,closet,providing a peaceful retreat for guests,a rocking chair and a patio door with a direct access to the pool.

Our home features 3 bathrooms designed with your comfort in mind.The Guest Bathroom #1 offers a thoughtfully designed tub-shower combination,a toilet bowl, a hair dryer,and a stylish vanity sinks with two mirrors.Guest Bathroom #2 is equipped with a convenient stand-up shower,a vanity with mirror,a hair dryer,and a toilet bowl and this bathroom has direct access to Bedroom #2.
In the Master bathroom,you'll discover vanity sinks with mirrors,a toilet bowl,a bathtub,a hair dryer,and additionally a convenient stand-up shower.

We've meticulously designed our Lanai to maximize your outdoor enjoyment.It features a convenient outdoor bar station perfect for mixing drinks and hosting gatherings with ease.Ample seating is provided for lounging and dining al fresco,creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

For added luxury,indulge in our pool or hot tub and enjoy the serene golf course landscape beyond or fire up the grill for a barbecue.

Our property boasts a washer and dryer conveniently situated in the laundry room by the garage,provided at no extra cost.Moreover,there are two parking spaces available in the driveway.This is a non-smoking property,and this home has Wi-Fi.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap,dish soap,dishwasher soap,paper towel,toilet paper,and garbage bags.

• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made.
• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
• Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only.
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.

• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
•The garage is not accessible to guests as there's the owners personal belongings. They will access the garage sometimes and only from the outside door. We will notify you.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
•Pool isn't heated by default.
•POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL FOR $25+TAX/NIGHT ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY WHICH MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. (NOTE: APRIL TO SEPTEMBER POOL HEATING OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE)
•Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated. For safety reasons, the pool temperature will not be set higher than 80 degrees. We cannot guarantee the pool's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
• Pool & Hot tub: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Pool & hot tub care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence)the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
