THE SPACE
You and your guests will feel like you’re in an artist’s studio, as the entire loft has an artistic designer’s flair, from the colorfully painted walls and artwork to the hand-selected décor and accessories. The living room’s furnishings are stylish, yet built for comfort, and with a large flat-screen TV and an adjacent ping-pong table, entertainment and fun will rule supreme! When meals or snacks are on your mind, you’ll find all the essentials in the kitchen, including high-end appliances – a great dishwasher, too – and a mobile butcher-block center island and sweet stone countertop breakfast nook. The dining table is nearby, too, for sharing a meal with your peeps.

At Juniper, we set you in motion for sweet dreams and a sound sleep by using only high-quality bedding and linens. The primary bedroom is lush and plush, while the second bedroom features colorful everything and a bunk bed combo with both a twin bed and a full bed.

The artsy, pastel-painted bathroom is highlighted by a standalone shower, as well as a stone-top vanity and deluxe fixtures. Ooh-la-la!

So besides being just a super-short walk from a lovely St. Joseph harbor and a superb Lake Michigan beach, you and your guests can enjoy all sorts of nearby recreational activities, from numerous crystal-sand beaches and water-related rentals – boats, jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards – to day or night cruises and fishing excursions. Plus, with the ever-popular Warren Dunes State Park just a stone’s throw away, you’ll have 2,000 acres of woodland beauty, majestic dunes, and hiking and biking trails to explore, as well as magnificent birdwatching! And given that St. Joseph’s downtown is known for its many great restaurants, distinguished art galleries, stylish boutiques, and treasure-laden antique shops, you’re just a hop, skip, and a jump from more vacation pleasure than you can imagine. And by the way, one nice option is that bigger parties can rent both front and back units, as there is a door connecting them in the back. The front – or south – unit is the bigger of the two. Also, we’re pet-friendly, so just let us know about your 4-legged friend when you book your reservation.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

This home does not have laundry facilities on-site.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

This is a downtown area, and there are no reserved parking spaces. Guests will need to arrange for parking at the guest's expense.

We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
