I very much enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location was convenient to the George Eastman Museum (my primary reason for being in Rochester). The area is easily in walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other museums. The coffee amenity was a plus when paired with a Fox Bakery bagel! Hostess Katy was pleasant and helpful as this was my initial Vrbo stay and my first time in Rochester.

Wonderful stay with Katy

The apartment was perfect. Clean and well appointed. The temperature in Rochester ranged from snow to warm, so it was difficult to control the temp in the apartment, but there was a space heater that helped tremendously. Looking forward to staying there again in the future. Thank you!

The location of this studio apartment was perfect for my stay being very close to family in Penfield NY. The area offered many and varied dining options which were all within this very walkable city. The studio was exactly as described: clean and fresh with a wonderful shower, great water pressure. The unit is on the ground floor which provided easy access and had it's own dedicated parking spot. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Overall, a wonderful stay and hope to use it again for any future stays.

Rochester

This rental was a perfect find for my weekday trip. The studio apartment is located in an artsy neighborhood with restaurants, specialty shops, and museums within easy walking distance. The unit was impeccably clean and charming. Carved into an old city mansion, the unit has all the character of the old building (high ceilings, big windows and beautiful woodwork) with modern amenities. It was such a pleasure to stay here.

Weekend in Rochester

The property is in a good location. Several local restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Eastman Museum within walking distance. The property is clean with available parking. Note the bathroom is down a small flight of stairs that was not well lit at night, and the handrail on the stairs seemed lower than we expected. The lock on the bathroom door got stuck a couple of times.

Studio in a charming historic residence

The property has been restored and nicely divided into units. It was very clean; had a complete kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The furniture was just what was needed and chosen to be coordinated. The bed was comfortable and the linens adequate. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend it

Perfect First Stay in Rochester

A beautifully maintained early 1900's mansion with a perfect little flat to stay in. Everything was super clean, beautifully decorated, functioned properly. The location in a quiet residential area full of huge old homes was ideal for feeling "at home". Good off street parking with easy access to major roads. Katy was quick to respond to messages and gave us ideas to explore the area. The whole vibe was chill, elegant and easy. Thank you for an awesome first trip to Rochester - We have to return to explore it some more!!
