The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was so beautiful and was a pleasure to stay at. Would absolutely book it again given the opportunity to do so! I really fell in love with the city during this trip, and plan to revisit again hopefully soon!

Great Property and Helpful Owners

Great fun property to stay at while in Rochester! The pool table and dart board provided hours of fun! The property is very well kept and had everything we needed for the stay. The owners were extremely helpful on dining suggestions and any other questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

A week away
and together

This was a perfect stay. We wanted a place where our RIT freshman could get away and focus for finals week. We hung out together, played games and he could carve out space to study
and sleep, and have home cooked meals.Very clean, and was a nice home away from home.

Wonderful retreat near everything.

We loved staying in this home. It’s lovingly renovated and really well decorated and equipped. It’s so close to many of the best restaurants and shopping in the Rochester area. We were just amazed. Communication with Brian and Miranda was excellent as well. Will definitely return for more stays.

Perfect experience

The host is very friendly, very accommodating!!! The house is perfect extremely clean!! Games to keep you satisfied, comfy bedding and overall absolute. Definitely plan on visiting again! It would be perfect for a summer stay!!!

The house was charming and the perfect size for the three of us. The hosts thought of everything one might need when vacationing. They were quick to respond to questions and let us know they were coming over to scrape/salt the driveway and steps. I’ve already booked another stay

Work Trip Week

The check-in process was super easy and straightforward. The house was very clean and felt like home. The host forgot to leave us paper towels but was willing to provide us some quickly. The only thing my group wished was different was having a bigger/comfier couch to all sit on as there was limited space for our party of 3 to get cozy and watch our tv show. Over great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very responsive hosts, plenty of room, clean, safe, tons of amenities.Didn't have to worry about parking at all. We made use of the laundry machines, pool table, dart board, puzzles, and office desk.Plenty of places to eat on Monroe Ave, which was easily within walking distance.We only had 3 guests but could have fit more. The single bathroom and small dining table may be a concern for larger groups. Beds were large and shower was spacious.

I love to meet new people but also understand if you just want a relaxing vacation👍

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I Lived in this specific unit for 4-5 years and really enjoyed my time living here! The highlights of the neighborhood is the convenience to everything! 10 minutes to the airport, a 1 minute walk to the closest bar and restaurant. The home is also close to most of the High end dining experiences that Rochester has to offer. Being a Gastronomy lover, was made easy living here! Also not to mention the local wine bars, breweries, cocktail lounges close by that we would visit after a dinner date!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property was built in 1900, I have spent the last 5 years making it the perfect blend of old and new! No one wants to shower in an 124 year old shower if you know what I’m saying lol. I feel that this home truly has a mood that each room individually instills in each guest. For example the living room immediately gives me a relaxed feeling because of the original gum wood trim and the elegance of the fresh paint and moldings. Also the home invites you to enjoy time together whether that’s a game of scrabble, billiards, đŸŽ± or darts. Spend time together enjoying the space but don’t forget to go out and Enjoy the City and everything it has to offer!
