We had a great stay in October 2026. The location can't be beat on treasure island. You can walk to restaurants and John's Pass. The overall condo facility has alot of amenities onsite that you don't get in other rentals in the area. There is a deli onsite that has really good breakfast at a really reasonable price. There is also a fitness center. It had cardio equipment, free weights and some machines. There is a pool bar. The drinks are kind of pricy but the convenience is a positive.As far as the condo. The balcony was amazing and view can't be beat. The beds were really comfortable as well. My only drawback would be is they don't provide beach equipment like other condos do but overall I was a huge fan and would stay again.

Great location! The view of the o ran and the sunsets were magnificent! Lived the complex as a whole. Pool area, beach bar and complex cafe were all very nice and fun.

Great location

We loved the complex and they did a great job providing everything we needed. Even with the short turn around after the last hurricane the facility was in great shape and will be back better than ever soon.
