This property was amazing. Plenty of room - very clean, and SUPER close to the beach. Also the private pool and backyard space was great! This was our first trip to LBI and we loved it. Very walkable to most places and so much to see.

This was the perfect LBI home for our family. Quick walk to the beach and quick drive to fantasy island / local restaurants. The house has an amazing layout allowing for 2 family’s to fit very comfortably and of course the pool is a huge bonus!! Hope we can come back soon!

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was very nice, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The layout was perfect for my husband and I with our adult kids and their significant others. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also have privacy. Having the pool and hot tub to relax in after a busy day was a fantastic added bonus! The location was perfect. It was close to everything and you couldn’t beat the 2 min walk to the beautiful beach! Thank you for a great vacation! We would gladly stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this fabulous house. Great pool and deck. The beach was just a block away. The owners were very cooperative and easy to work with. Nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located.

Stayed here for 4 nights with 8 other friends. The house was very clean and had great amenities! The bikes were great to use especially with the location being so close to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor patio is great for hosting a bigger group and the pool was very clean. I would recommend staying here and would love to come back!

The property worked perfectly for our family of ten. The new pool was a real treat! Easy walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas in the garage really lightened our load. Thank you Bob!!

summer rental August

We rented this house in mid August 2024 It was terrific. My kids loved it. We were a very very short walk to the beach, it was easy to come and go without carts or cars. We loved the house. It was pristene/super clean. Everything worked. The outdoor shower was a really nice feature. There’s a hose to wash your feet in the front after the beach The owner was responsive and provided info on the area. We loved the local kids activities, and ate great food: crepes, seafood, pancakes, sub sandwiches, ice cream. Bike rental was walking distance and ao was the deli. It was perfect .

This was one of the best beach houses we have ever stayed in! Bob was incredibly accommodating and always responded promptly to any questions we had.When we arrived, we noticed the outdoor umbrella was broken. Within 15 minutes, Bob had a replacement brought over, and the very next day he had a brand-new umbrella installed. That level of service was truly impressive.The house itself was amazing, with plenty of space for our entire group. The backyard was unbeatable and quickly became our favorite place to spend time. We spent our days relaxing in the pool, enjoying lunch and dinner around the large outdoor table, and playing games there in the evenings.Everyone in our group agreed that this house exceeded our expectations, and we've stayed in many vacation homes over the years. Nothing compares to this one. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We can't wait to come back!
