Nestled in Kenmore, this delightful house is the perfect vacation rental for guests seeking a lovely getaway. With 3 cozy bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen beds; you'll have a restful sleep after a day of exploring. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and a refreshing shower, along with amenities like a hair dryer. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the comfort of heating and AC. Plus, you'll have the convenience of a washing machine. Whether you're here for a weekend or an extended stay, we're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. **This is the upstairs of an upper/lower duplex and is completely private. It is two floors, the second and third floor.**

This home was the most nicest place we have stayed so clean- we stayed in many and This one was by far the nicest- upscale- my kids loved the showers- bathtub- the whole house was cozy and comfortable so clean nice, quiet neighborhood and Shauna was always fast to respond and was very helpful- I would definitely come back for sure!

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever rented!! Absolutely gorgeous, very well equipped and right in the Village of Kenmore!! Owners responded quickly to a slight issue. We will absolutely be staying here when we visit Kenmore again!!

Weekend in Kenmore

My adult children and I met there for a long weekend. We were impressed with how clean everything was. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated and very nice. I can't think of anything negative to say about the place. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property. Very clean. Had a concern and the owner promptly responded and took action where needed. Kids loved the smart fridge. The soaking bath tub was such a treat!The room with the queen bedroom exits into the twin bedroom so keep that in mind for privacy purposes. Worked for us as we are a family of 6 but for those who desire more privacy or need downtime away from others the twin room is a walk through to the queen room.Other than that it was a great getaway for us to visit Niagara Falls

There were five adults and two children at the house. It fit us all very well. It was lovely having large bathrooms, a nice kitchen and laundry room. The bathrooms were really beautiful!

Convenient Location

The property is conveniently located to Buffalo, Niagara, and Canada. The house is beautiful. The interior design is both classy and welcoming. There is a Keurig and coffee/tea. If you are tall, the upstairs loft area is not going to be ideal for you, but the lower level will work well for you. The property manager was very nice and quick to help. Check-in information will come the day of, and check-out information will come a couple hours before check out. If you are heading to Kenmore for vacation. A tour of Buffalo’s city hall is worth it. Check out explore.buffalo.org. Niagara on the Lake is a must see. Mike’s Subs in Kenmore is good, and Watson’s chocolate was great.

No Expense Spared

Excellently designed & decorated with high end everything. A FANTASTIC space! Lots of well thought out spaces while some not so much. All the kitchen items you need for preparing food. For kids too! Stemmed glasses. Do not see them much! Unfortunate that those renting aren’t keeping the nice cupboards clean. Could use more living room seating space for enjoying the lovely space with family. Fireplace a relaxing touch. One parking space in the driveway as long as the lower unit tenant does not take theirs out of the middle. Wide street for more parking. Nice street. Convenient to many local areas. Beautiful chandelier in front shared atrium does not turn on, nor does the unit have access to a switch. The motion lights in the rest of the unit are a bonus! Note: Third floor, lacks mirrors in bedrooms for more places to get ready, no place in main room to layout suitcases (only the floor) or store clothes, no hanging space for clothes/coats at all. (Second floor bedroom has a small closet. None in common area.) Would rent again & recommend to others. Notes are some user friendly tips from an experienced traveling family. Overall, honored to stay in your space! We love WNY!
