It was the most comfortable, cleanest, well appointed and most organized home we’ve ever stayed in. It had beautiful furnishings, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The host thought of every detail to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.

My family of four had a wonderful stay! 1. The home: from the local shortbread cookies greeting us at our arrival, to the “oops I forgot something” basket in the pantry and the infinite thoughtful touches (even board games for the kids, flashlights in each room, etc), this clean and comfortable home truly had everything!2. The location: just around the corner is Main St, which is full of excellent shops and cafes and restaurants, and within close driving distance of downtown Buffalo, Niagara Falls and the airport. Karen was so communicative and the check in process was so simple. Highly recommend!

Our trip was great! House was in a perfect location. Close to our family to visit and to go do touristy things like Niagara Falls . It was clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. Loved seeing all the Buffalo touches. Very well stocked and loved that the hosts left us a pastry when we got there. It was delicious! Thanks for a great trip. We will definitely book again when we are in the area next!!!

The house is in a great location for walking to lots of restaurants, market on weekends and shops. Lots of space for people to feel comfortable but can stay in their own space when needed. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The first floor bedroom was large with a TV and chair. The bathroom was not en-suite but was easily accessible from the master bedroom. It was a nice size bathroom with a shower and double vanity. The house also had a washer and dryer. Lots of nice little details and the best cookies at check in. We will be going back.

Kitchen had all the necessities and the toaster, blender, 2 coffee machines and ice machine made life easier. Cooking meals for under 5 people was easy, although I would recommend to get an extra pan to be able to make food for more people.

This property is beautiful, has an amazing location, and is so comfortable. We never felt like guests; we felt like we were at home. The owners made us feel welcome and they were so responsive to the questions and requests we had. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay again.

Excellent Experience

The home is absolutely beautiful and the host is excellent with communication. Little notes throughout the house helped and we were welcomed with treats and lovely welcome note on the kitchen counter. The house was very clean, the towels were high quality along with the bed linens. The best place I have stayed in a long time! I will definitely stay here again!

This was literally the best VRBO I've ever used... Fully stocked, They've thought of everything... Epic Location, Owner ready for snow removal immediately, Instant response for a minor lock error... (Probably my fault) Plenty of hot water, good bedding... If you need a negative to believe this is a real review, TVs in all bedrooms need to be the next update... Fantastic Trip!!! Thank you!!! Go Bills!!!
