This house is huge with large bedrooms, plenty of beds and bathrooms and an excellent pool. Great for multiple families or groups.

This was perfect for our family vacation. There were plenty of beds and luckily the weather cooperated. It was private yet not so far away from activities for us to do. Great view of the lake and the deer running around was cool.

Beautiful property a little bit outdated a few minor problems but overall a great experience and the wildlife was such a pleasure to see, dear beaver, raccoons, opossums, armadillo, reindeer, etc. the catfish off the pier is excellent. My grandkids caught probably 30 total the biggest one about 20 pounds.

The set up of the house was great for our group and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great and well maintained. The grass was overgrown and pots around the pool were filled with weeds. There is a large weed area in the back that is an eye sore and grill cover was ripped in several places. The dock was covered in spider webs and dead bugs. Carpet in the house was not in the best shape and mirrors were missing light bulbs. There seemed to be an electrical problem with one of the bathroom lights that kept blinking and going out. Overall this house was probably fantastic 30 years ago but could use some TLC now.

Perfect for a family gathering

We stayed over the weekend and had a wonderful time. House is very large, plenty of space for everyone. Pool was perfect! Loved the scenery being on the water was a bonus.

Our stay here was excellent. The pool was a little cold but the hot tub was great, but it was October. The house was clean when we arrived and had a good supply of towels and kitchen items. We enjoyed all the room for our family of nine. Thank you for allowing us to use your house.

This is not a 4 bedroom house. By federal law, a bedroom must have 2 means of egress, meaning a second escape in case of fire or other emergencies. The bedroom in the basement does not. Furthermore every single smoke detector expired in 2004, and one didn’t have a battery at all. Read that again. We arrived at the check in time and the cleaning lady was still there cleaning. She did not vacuum at all and left it generally unclean with no trash bags or dishwasher tabs to speak of. The carpet has the tack strip poking through at all transitions in the house and actually scratched my nephew’s foot. The fire pit is unusable and when I pulled up to the house I thought it was abandoned because the grass was so long. We notified VRBO, who doesn’t care about safety, and we notified the owner. Hopefully all of that is fixed before the next person stays, because it is a very unsafe house.

Avoid this guest- they are just trying to get free housing. 1) they lied about their guest count. 2) they arrived an hour before check in time even after being told they couldn’t since we had a same day turnover. 3) their early arrival interfered with our cleaner’s ability to finish cleaning the house. 4) they make up bs excuses to try to get a refund.

Property was absolutely gorgeous and the hosts have put lots of thought into the “extras” not often seen. 2 types of coffee makers and syrups. Soft bath towels and sheets and plenty of detergent for the washer and dryer and dishwasher.The pool was the highlight of our trip and I hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

House was a nice size. There was a storm the night before so the leaves in the pool were understandable as well as the broken window. However we were not able to use the hot tub due to a dead vulture 5 feet from it. It was nearly completely eaten and has definitely been there for a while. When we contacted the owners they said they were in Kentucky and didn’t have anyone to come remove it. A simple call to animal control would’ve solved the problem. Also the grass was high and didn’t looked like it’s been cut in a while. If these issues were taken care of the property would be amazing!

The house was nice for our family of 12. The pool filter system could have been better, lots of bugs in the pool. The net provided was torn, but we made the best of it. Going down to the lake was not safe. Very steep walk. The view was beautiful!The location was perfect, shopping close by. Highly recommend renting a boat for a day on the lake, so much fun!

STUNNING

The views are just stunning! You can not help but be mesmerized by the lake views. The house was roomy and well laid out. Larry was sooo easy to work with and very quick responsiveness & answered all my questions. The beds were super comfortable, and while we didn't play pool or the other games it was available to us. Such a great getaway. The pool and hot tub with lake views, why would you go anywhere else? We recommend it!

A very nice home!

This is an older home, which could use some updating however given the location with the lake at the bottom of the hill and the pool right in the backyard and the hot tub on the patio you really don’t spend a lot of time indoors.The host is extremely communicative and easy to work with and very accommodating.There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a 12 cup drip Mr. coffee coffee maker with coffee on site. The home as well appointed with blanket, blankets and pillows.However, the living room furniture upstairs, and the living room furniture downstairs is small and uncomfortable.
