The location to the beach and beach access is perfect! The inlaw suite was very useful when you just needed a bathroom break or to grab a quick drink. Parking was abundant and check in and checkout a breeze. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals and grill on the deck with view of the ocean a plus. The unit in general could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and perhaps a new shower curtain liner but overall met our needs and we would stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The unit is in a PERFECT location, a really nice part of the island. 2 minute walk from the beach, 5 min walk to Pine Ave where the shops and restaurants are. It has an old Florida feel to it. The condo is very spacious and has plenty of room for our family. I appreciated that the 3rd bedroom is separate, it gave our multi-generational family privacy/space when needed. We used the grill daily and loved eating on the upper deck. The communication with the owner was fantastic. They checked in with us at arrival and the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning a trip back.

Having the beach, Pine Avenue, shops, and restaurants all within a short walk is one of the things guests love most about Emerald Shores East by AMI Accommodations. Traveling with multiple generations can be tricky, so it's great knowing the home's layout provided both togetherness and privacy when needed. This is not a 3 bedroom 2 bath house unless you go outside, down the steps to access the 3rd bedroom and bathroom. Different door code even. The mattresses are all worn out and honestly feels like a cheap rental.

The layout of the home, including the private first-floor suite with its own entrance, is noted in the listing, but we understand how that setup may not work for every group. We’re currently working on improving how this is presented in photos to make it even clearer moving forward. We also appreciate you calling out the mattresses and furnishings. We’re already coordinating updates with the owner to replace and refresh these items to improve overall comfort. Outside needs attention

Enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the beach. Pool area below east side is in desperate need of attention. A little scary when we saw all the electrical wires just hanging from the deck. Pool was cloudy.

Great home with perfect location, steps to beach

Cozy and clean home! Ample amenities for our family of four. We did have to reach out to property mgr on how to access downstairs bedroom as the code to enter is different from upstairs. Located three houses from the beautiful beach. The heated pool was a nice touch as the ocean was too cold to swim. The Roku for tv in main bedroom upstairs is turned on and off by main light switch in room, just FYI. Three beach chairs and wagon provided for convenience which was great! Plenty of beach towels and washer and dryer provided meant we never went without. Very nice place w would definitely stay here again!
