308 TARPON ST. BRINEY BREEZES This three bedroom, three bath dream home is the perfect way to experience all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. Here you will find all of the space that you will need to spread-out, and live your vacation to the fullest. "Briney Breezes" boasts three full bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master and two additional queen sized beds in the remaining bedrooms. Enjoy two separate second and third leveled decks which allow for breathtaking views overlooking the canal and bay, or just relax among the comforts of this wonderful home.

**Boat lift is not for guest use.

DOCK/BOATS: Dock is approximately 10ft.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Good location, very close to beaches. Pool and spa were very nice. Good place to fish right from the dock. Would stay again.

Wonderful week

The flooring in the main level and master bath have been remodeled! The decking is due for replacement soon. We had a fabulous time and would like to stay here again!

Upon which is into the basement area of the house near the pool table strong mildew smell. I would recommend a dehumidifier. This is also the area where a single sofa is that could be potentially a sleeping area for someone if it wasn’t for the strong odor. The main living floor of the home and upstairs bedrooms are beautiful clean and very nice overall with the exception that one bedroom is always 78 to 80°. The AC specifically says not to move it off of 71. In January it would be nice to control the temperature for that bedroom. Also one should note the pool area /patio this time of year only has 10 feet of sunshine on the one corner It’s for a brief time. It is also limited for sign on the deck in January. A huge benefit the canal is very quiet and private and the manatees did visit!!
