Perfectly situated at the BellaVida Resort, you'll be close to Disney theme parks, fantastic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. But when you're ready to wind down after a day at the parks, kick back and relax in your private movie cinema. This space is complete with an enormous projection screen and comfortable recliner chairs. Even bedtime will be a snap once the kids get a load of the theme bedrooms! For your little space cadets we've got a galaxy themed room, with a bunk-bed slide, cool mood lighting and a starry sky ceiling. And for the gamers in the group, we've got a Mario Bros themed room that's sure to be a hit.



And for those who can't unplug, we've got complimentary wifi and dedicated laptop friendly workstations. The Disney themed loft TV lounge also has games like shuffleboard and foosball so you'll have endless entertainment options without ever leaving the house. Plus, our guests get access to the resort amenities too, what more could you ask for?!



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to make yourself at home.

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, trailers, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).



The Neighborhood:

We're in the thick of the action with all four of Disney's fantastic theme parks (Walt Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom), not to mention the two water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the brand-new Volcano Bay water park at Universal, CityWalk, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove. We've also got some pretty famous golf courses nearby like Falcon's Fire, Lake Magnolia, Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pine, and many more. So come on over and make your vacation the stuff of legends! Getting Around:

Bella Vida Resort is a gated community of colourful luxury villas, designed for the perfect dream holiday within minutes of all the major attractions Orlando has to offer and located just off the US192 in Kissimmee, 7.3 miles East of Disney World Orlando and close to the local bus routes.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please be advised that the popcorn machine in the movie theater room is intended for decoration only.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



We're happy to deliver:

--> Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!

--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)

--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.
