The condo is lovely! We LOVED the location, decor, view, and spaciousness of this unit. We were disappointed in the scarcity of blankets, linens, and paper products. Each of the three beds had sheets and a very thin bedspread. There was not a blanket of any sort in the entire condo. There were 18 extra pillows, but 0 extra pillowcases.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay started out very miserable. After a day of travel and unpacking, we were so disappointed to discover at 10 pm we did not have linens for the pull out sofa when it was clear via our reservation that we had the maximum number of guests. We went to Walmart to get sheets and blanket. Also, we only had one kitchen wash towel and one dry towel; therefore, we purchased more. Our friends in other units with the lock off had extra linens, sheets and towels. We’ve never had this experience. It just set the mood for the vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older condo but fairly well maintained. Great view. Amenities covered all the bases. Needs a few minor repairs. Some easy additions like extra towels/paper products/soaps would have been nice. Would stay again.

Will never return- focused on money. Not the client

Reservation was easy, check in a breeze. After i reserved the place, I got the check in email which then stated I was required to purchase wristbands for everyone in my group at 15 bucks a piece. They told me it was mandatory that we have them to have access to the pool and beach. Then they did not allow canopies ir umbrellas because they want you to rent theirs which are 100.00 dollars a day. No thanks.

Our family loved staying here! It feels huge and it was very comfy

We loved the balcony and the large windows looking over the beach how spacious the rooms are and bathrooms!! The parking is awesome you get your same parking spot everyday so you don’t have to fight over one!

The location is good and view amazing. This condo needs and update. The furniture and carpet are dirty and the ceiling is peeling. The fake plants need a good cleaning too. Overall it was ok.

The room was roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms were large and bathrooms nice.

We loved the spacious bedrooms and living area. The living area was large enough for 8 persons to sit and enjoy being together. I loved having three bedrooms and three baths. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful.

Great Condo

The condo and property were wonderful. The view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL! The property had wonderful accommodations, and everything was great. We did have one issue with unbearable construction noise from another unit that totally derailed our plans for a stay-at-home day. However, after talking with local HOA and the local Vacasa rep we were able to work out a solution for that day. Would stay here again as everything was great.

Lots of things need to be fixed here

This place has a lot of potential since it’s in a great location and has a beautiful view. However, it’s not fun staying in a place with a lot of items, not quite working or broken. The first thing we noticed was the remote it had corroded batteries in it as well as the other remotes, had missing batteries in them for the TVs, next the middle bathroom toilet would run all the time and we had to keep fixing it so it would flush. The shower door in the master bathroom was difficult to open and close constantly where we were hurting ourselves just to get it open or shut it. The curtains in the front room should be black out curtains so people can sleep when the sun starts to come up. What is there now does not serve any purpose at all to protect the light from coming in to the room the chairs on the balcony had broken arms, etc. to them. The front bedroom closest to the water has a hump in the center of the mattress where this mattress probably needs to be flipped or turned. It would be nice if this unit has some beach chairs, toys, etc. for the tenants staying in it as well as beach towels. This place works for the view is awesome
 However, it is dated an aged. It needs a bit of a facelift inside.

This condo was perfect for our family of 8. Everything was ideal except for the small bathroom. The toilet wanted to keep running. I ther than, the place was so cute and cozy. My advice to anyone coming to Sterling Sands. Load most of your stuff in you vehicle the night before you leave. Leaving days can be hectic when everyone else is also trying to leave. We loaded cars the night before and leaving and check out was a breeze. The year before, not so easy. But we loved the place so much, we have been here twice now. Thank you!
