This recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is located on the second floor of a beautifully redone condominium with an obstructed pool view from the back patio. The unit is tastefully decorated with a beach theme throughout, creating the perfect ambiance for your getaway.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook up delicious meals for your family and friends. The living room is spacious, yet cozy, with comfortable furniture and plenty of space for everyone to gather and relax. With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, everyone will have plenty of room to unwind and get a great night's sleep.
Enjoy the convenience of beach access with a private path through the dunes leading to the sandy shores. And when you're ready to explore the town, you're just a short walk or golf cart ride away from the heart of town, which is filled with wonderful restaurants and charming shops.
Whether you're planning a family vacation or a getaway with friends, this condominium is the perfect place to stay. We know you'll love it here and look forward to hosting you soon!

PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book/check in. Reservations by those under 25 will be canceled.
You’ll receive all check-in information via email, including your access code for the electronic door lock. The access code will be sent on the day of check-in to the email address you provided when booking. When you arrive, please stop by the front office to check in and pick up parking passes for each vehicle. Be prepared to provide the license plate number, make, and model for each vehicle in your group. We’re here to help get you settled in, then we’ll give you space to relax and enjoy your stay. Always worth the stay

The condo was very clean and quiet. All amenities worked with no issues or complaints. The Pelican is well situated close to many restaurants and the beach. The front office staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great to have The Pelican back!

We’ve been staying here for decades and were devastated when it closed. They are back and upgraded! Units are great, we love the pool/volleyball/playground, great beach access by foot, and amazing staff!!
