Juste à côté de la plage dans le quartier recherché de Shore Drive. Les propriétaires ont mis à jour ce condo pour vous faire sentir comme chez vous avec un mobilier et des accessoires confortables pour en faire une escapade vraiment désirable et confortable pour vous et votre famille. Cette unité de coin offre une vue imprenable sur la magnifique cour paysagée avec piscine extérieure. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat HDTV. Aussi une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'unité pour votre plaisir. Sièges pour 6 personnes au bar du petit déjeuner et 6 places assises à la table de la salle à manger. wet-bar et mini-frigo dans le salon

Le chariot de plage sur le porche avant pour transporter toutes vos affaires à la plage facilite l'accès à la plage. Aussi 3+ chaises de plage.

Il y a aussi des barbecues au charbon disponibles dans la cour pour vos plaisirs de grillades. Profitez des soirées sur l'une des deux vérandas grillagées ou le porche ouvert avec une balançoire. Prêt pour un plongeon dans la piscine intérieure chauffée ou le bain à remous? Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas ... Un sauna sec est également disponible pour vous aider à vous détendre après une dure journée à la plage.

The property is very roomy due to the fact that it is a two bedroom two bath room. It is located on the third floor with no elevator. This fact needs to be noted in the description of the property. Also the owner requires renters to provide sheets. This also needs to be noted. If renters are flying providing sheets means another purchase, and what do you do with sheets when you leave? Also the owner requires renters to wash and dry the towels, but does not provide laundry detergent. The owner provided washer and dryer combination is broken and needs to be replaced or repaired which makes washing the towels difficult. The entire property is in need of updating. Even though the owner requires renters to pay for cleaning, the property was not clean. This property needs a deep cleaning on all surfaces. The owner should be embarrassed with this property. I would never recommend this property nor would I ever stay there again.

Sorry our place did not meet your expectations but if you pay at least double I’m sure you could find something that satisfies you. Our listing does say 3rd floor and does say sheets are not provided unless you let us know if flying in and arrangements can be made. There is no issues with our washer and dryer as per the last 3 guests and our cleaning service. We are sorry that the detergent was not left by maid service but all you had to do is let us know and that issue would have been taken care of. We have 3 outdoor porches with 2 of them being screened in and sometimes there are leaves and pollen. Communication would have solved many of your problems. So sorry

Great stay!

We stayed for a week and this condo was everything we needed and wanted! Very clean, plenty of space, and the location was amazing. Quick walk to the beach and some great restaurants. Also a short drive to some of the areas favorite shopping spots. We will definitely book again!!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. The condo overall is great and the location is wonderful. The owner was great to work with too. Very courteous and prompt. I'd recommend this place.

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Plenty of room and the location was perfect. The beach was just a short walk down the road. The available buggy was perfect for getting all of the towels and chairs down to the beach. Onsite pools were clean and the water was warm and refreshing. Area restaurant suggestions were spot on. All in all, a perfect stay for our family vacation. Thanks for everything!!!

Best place!

This is quite location very close to the beach. The appartment is more roomy than on the pictures. Heated pool was 50 ft from the complex. My daughter loved the swing seat at one of the balconies (3 balconies!). We have been renting apartments for the last 5 years when on vacation and this one is the best we stayed in. I highly recommend it. 👌

Great family stay

Spacious 2BR/2BA condo in a great location. Very short walk to beach, convenient to grocery store, and close enough to main attractions while being far away enough to enjoy quiet and peace! Convenient to several golf courses within 30 minutes of you are looking for a golf and beach stay that is convenient for everyone in your party. There was a small issue regarding the keyless entry for our stay but the host was proactive in contacting us about it before we arrived and ensured we had entry access at the time of our arrival. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults, one teen and one pre-teen. Both pools were nicely maintained - the indoor pool has a nice little sundeck and its own bathroom area which was very nice! The condo is on the third floor with no elevator, but it is manageable for anyone who is able-bodied. The complex was quiet with respectful neighbors/guests. There were a few dining options within walking distance as well as a coffee shop. This rental is an excellent value and will be on our list of properties to check for our next Myrtle Beaxh visit!

July 4th week family beach stay

CONS: A/C was broken first day- it was 76 degrees in there and instead of the owner sending someone to fix it, he sent me videos on how to troubleshoot and do it myself. I spent 2 hours working on that with no fix. He sent someone the next day around 1pm to fix it. I asked for my first day money back, was told no but was offered to check out late at 1pm our last day. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevators, so taking a weeks worth of stuff up in July was terrible Says towels are included, but you gotta pay $25 to use them if you don’t wash and dry before you leave. Sheets for the 3 beds are not included. Only got the 1 trash bag that was in the trash can for a weeks stay- so take some if you book. I had to park my golfcart somewhere else because they have a “no golfcart” rule for some reason. I went to get the golfcart to load for the beach- 2min top getting my kids and mom on there to go so they didn’t have to walk far. Did not ever leave it there- and some old couple told me they were coming to tow it. Just kind of petty. The parking situation is also first come, first serve and you are actually NOT given 2 parking places. Very outdated. But not the biggest deal. Can’t use the pots and pans because they have so much crud caked on them- so take your own if you like to cook. 1 fridge was unusable/STANK! PROS: has washer and dryer. Close to the beach. Nice pools. Has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 porches. 2/3 comfortable beds.

The A/C was not fully cooling do the desired temperature when they arrived Sunday night and the service company could not come til next day. I showed her how to check the condensation line and check for clogs which took about 15 minutes and it was clogged so the AC started cooling and was down to 72 before midnight and 70 by 3am but we still paid for them to service the next day to be sure. As for golf carts the renter knew they were not allowed in complex but wanted to book anyway. The complex has ample parking and not an issue with parking hangtags not required. We are 3rd floor top end unit and it’s nice to not hear footsteps or others above you. Renters can bring own towels if they do not want to use ours and have to wash them. Sheets can be provided for an extra fee but most like to just bring their own. All these things are stated in description and info of our unit. We can charge more for these extras but we give people the options.

Property was amazing. Kids loved the pool. Beach cart provided made the trip to the beach each day easy. Kids also loved boogey boards provided, and we were able to use a couple of the beach chairs too! Host was very responsive when I was struggling to get in on first day, otherwise we had no problems just beach, sun, and fun with the family. The complex in which this is located was quiet the whole time. 2 minutes from grocery store and 10 minutes from great shopping. Couldn't have asked for more especially at this price! Thanks!

Loved it

We had a very pleasant experience with our property and the owner. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early the morning of check in and the room wasn't ready yet but she let us go in and get changed so that we could use the pool and keep the kids occupied until the room was ready. She was very responsive to any questions we had and the condo itself was very nice and perfect for my family. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Perfect location as well, it's central to all the main attractions and close to the beach.

Loved this place!! A short walk to the beach. The only thing is that if you have small children that have played at the beach all day it's hard to get them to want to walk back. But other than that it was great!

From the time I selected this property until the day we checked out Jody was a saint. The pictures on the website do not do this condo justice. We love to travel with the family and love Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head Island, SC. This is the best golfers destination in the world for the amount of courses around. My kids really like the indoor pool, outdoor pool and being close to the beach.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We vacation here at least four times a year and love this more quiet area that has a less crowded beach, nearby shopping and great dining. We enjoy the park like setting of Summertree Village and yet so close to the beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My kids love the the breakfast bar with seating for 6 and the 2 furnished screened in porches but mainly the porch swing on the 3rd porch. It is very nice to have an end unit and 3rd floor with nobody above you to make noise. A 5 minute, less than 2 block, walk to the beach down the sidewalk is very easy. This unit has so many areas to be to yourself if you want to. Plus the development always seems so quiet. We love it.
