Welcome to this charming, modern house in Sandpoint. This artistic home features 3 bedrooms including a king and 2 queen beds. There is also a pull-out queen in the living room. It's perfect for a group of friends or family. Private fenced rooftop deck overlooks charming downtown and boasts patio furniture, privacy fence, hot tub and bbq. Private, fenced back yard and all the conveniences provided. Immerse yourself in the soothing ambiance of this tranquil retreat in the heart of downtown Sandpoint, complete with essential amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC. Experience the charm and beauty of Sandpoint. All the best restaurants and shops are within a few blocks of the perfectly placed small town retreat. City Beach and Sand Creek are only a few blocks away along with the Historic Panida Theater and Hive Entertainment Venue. Park your car and enjoy all that Sandpoint has to offer.

Note there is a separate unit in the studio apartment upstairs. This is an entirely separate residence with separate entrance. This unit can also be rented and combined with the downstairs unit for larger parties.

Great Accommodation

Very modern and clean accommodation. Great location. Easy walking to downtown. I would stay here again in a heart beat!!

Very well done and clean unit.

This is really cool vacation rental! Clean and the styling is super cool with the rooftop deck and hot tub ect. I didnt get to spend as much time at the unit as I wish I could have but we will be renting this one again or sure! Five Stars from me!

Clean and quiet, great downtown location.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clean and quiet accommodations. The location was perfect for walking to many downtown shops and restaurants. The hot tub was not very warm and is one of those portable inflatable ones. I was discouraged by the required damage insurance or deposit, as that along with the cleaning fee made it not as reasonable as it seemed up front.

Unbeatable location. Right in the heart of small town bustle, there are about 40 restaurants in a 4 block radius along with lots of shops, entertainment, nightlife, brew pubs and more. City Beach, and trail heads for Sand Creek Trail and Pend Oreille Bay Trail (off-leash for dogs) are also in the neighborhood.
