RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Will be required to e-sign before gaining access to the unit. Upon completion of rental agreement, guests will enter credit card for security hold. This is just a preauthorization. Funds will be released 2 days after checkout as long as there is no damage.

FULL SECURITY DEPOSIT may be collected for the following reasons:
-Guests with limited or no reviews
-Short stays
-Last min bookings
-Guests under age 25

POOL
-is managed by the building complex. It is generally open from memorial day to labor day, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

In addition, No life guard on duty. All children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult older than 18 years old. Swim at your own risk.

UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: In case of emergency, maintenance reserves the right to enter the unit to repair the emergency situation. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible would be given
