A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals of 3 nights or more from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests can bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.


All rentals also include a welcome kit which provides:

2 trash bags
3 bars of hand soap
1 kitchen sponge
1 dish soap
3 laundry pods
3 dishwasher pods

A $3000 damage waiver is added to all bookings. This fee may be listed as "administrative fee " or "management fee".
