This nicely renovated two bedroom, two full-bathroom condo in the popular Club Ocean Villas II community is a premium experience for your summer vacation.

The open living area features the living room with sofa, reclining chairs, dining area with a large smart TV and cable. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances including an air fryer, toaster, blender, boiling pot, coffee maker and K-cup coffee machine. There is also a full size laundry washer and dryer combo available. All Kitchen and Bathroom paper and soap products are included for your use.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a smart TV with cable and a full bathroom en-suite. Please note that the double door closet in the master bedroom is the owners closet of supplies and is locked for visiting guests. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed plus a 3 twin bunk-bed and a huge smart TV with cable and DVD/Blu-ray player. The second full bathroom with soaking-tub and separate shower is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo.

There is a balcony deck off of the living area with a full size dining table. Additionally, there is a private patio area on the ground level that features an outdoor living set, outdoor shower and play toys. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Wagons and Beach Toys are available for your use. A linen and towel package is included with each reservation that includes a sheet set for every bed, hand and bath towels as well as bath mats and kitchen towels as well. Please note that the living area is on the 2nd floor, any guests will have to be able to climb 1 flight of steps to enter the unit.

The community amenities include both an outdoor and an indoor pool as well as tennis / pickle-ball and racquetball courts. This great location is only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and is also conveniently located just behind a full size grocery store. There are tons of attractions within walking distance such as shopping, restaurants, a local movie theater, Northside park, coffee shops, ice cream, pharmacy store, convenience stores and much much more. No Parties, no large groups or gatherings, and only 7 occupants maximum are allowed in this property. You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation for this property and you must responsibly follow the rules and regulations of this community.
