Allow a bit of time to get into the facility. It took several people to pass us by before letting us in to get to the location. The doors have fobs, and we were unable to find the door with the pin-pad to enter the main gates. However, the owners were willing to stay on the phone with us, send us photos, and do a location share until we were safely situated--that was reassuring.

This apartment met all of our needs to be close to family who live at Frisco Lakes.

When we arrived, the apartment was not ready. After a 10-hour drive, we had to wait outside for 30 minutes, while the cleaning crew finished their work.

Family trip

House rules link was not a link in VRBO app. Could not access them which made the stay a little confusing. No toilet paper in one bathroom. No soap for handwashing in any room. Otherwise, good for what we needed for the night.

Pictures don’t reflect reality

We were so disappointed in this property. Arrived and had checkin issues with complex door system. Opened door to apartment and found microwave door handle broken and placed on stove, wadded up sheets in the pantry, sheets in the washer, no soap in shower and a total of 2 face cloths and 4 towels for 2 baths . Owner said maintenance would come and fix faucet drain, but never came. Overall this apartment is very worn; pictures do not reflect current state.

Pros:1) Great communication from the company and they addressed our issues fairly quickly.2) The neighborhood seemed safe, the place was quiet, and the location was good for shopping, restaurants, and the Toyota Stadium where our event was. Cons:1) The check in instructions were not accessible until after we had arrived and the unit was a bit complicated to get to. 2) When we entered the unit it had not been cleaned from the previous guests - there was trash on the counter, wet towels on chairs and the floors, makeup on the pillows, and urine in one of the toilets. *Within an hour they had put us in a different unit (1 bedroom) for the night, and we returned the next day to a sparkling clean space.*3) This place is bare bones - there are no paper towels, only 1 washcloth per bathroom. There were enough bath towels though.4) The checkout instructions were inconsistent.Overall in my opinion this place was not worth the cost. However, if you're in a pinch for a big event it's better than nothing.
