Stunning Hillview Suite near the beach

Located in the coastal neighborhood of Carpinteria, this suite is the completely private upstairs of a larger home. On a quiet cul de sac with convenient freeway access, a mile from the beach and ten miles from Santa Barbara.
Enjoy unobstructed views of the Santa Ynez Mountains. Newly built and furnished by the architect. Dramatic open wall to private deck overlooking farmers’ fields, with an expansive foothill vista. Short distance to the beach and downtown dining.
This unit contains a full kitchen, luxurious bathroom complete with 2 person shower and soak tub, a washer and drier and beach chairs and towels for your convenience.
With an additional living room space that includes 2 sofa beds, guests will have plenty of room to relax. Enjoy all that Carpinteria has to offer when you stay at our place.

Please note our unit is not suitable for small children.

Loved it!

I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids. We all enjoyed ourselved. The place was very clean and just a 5 minute drive to a state beach!

Beautiful weekend in Carpinteria

Usually the photos of vacation rentals seem to over enhance the property. In my opinion, the photos did not do it justice! Clean, new, incredible deck and view. We loved it all!
