Thanks for letting us stay in your great house here in Carpinteria is a lovely little town and this was wonderful to just be able to walk around and see all the great little shops and restaurants

We had a fantastic stay. The only issue which we overlooked is that the unit did not have air conditioning. We stayed during a very hot week. Fortunately, we were out at the beach or in town during the hottest parts of the day.

The lovely property was exactly as advertised. We had an easy late-hours check-in and the local contact was very prompt in answering any questions during our stay. The property was perfectly located between the beaches and the local restaurants. The mattresses were excellent.

Wonderful, stately apartment near the beach and steps from some of Carpinteria’s favorite restaurants. Well stocked kitchen supplies, cute back deck and private hot tub were huge pluses. Host and check in process was easy. We had a minor issue with noise (not the host’s fault) and the host was proactive and helpful. One thing to note is that the one bathroom is only accessible by walking through one of the bedrooms. Great for groups of people who are comfortable with each other.

The hot tub had good jets and felt great in the cool evening. The back bedroom got very hot during the day with only a ceiling fan to cool it down. Otherwise lovely apartment with nice porch and view of the hills in great location. We picked it for the proximity to all the shops and restaurants and it was perfect for that. A nice walk to the beach as well.

Very spacious and clean dog-friendly house in perfect location. Very close to shops, restaurants, grocery store, and most importantly the beach!

Just a wonderful place to stay in Carpinteria. Really can't beat the location, comfort, space, backyard, parking, etc. Right by the main streets of the city, yet quiet and charming.

The apartment was clean and welcoming! We enjoyed being so close to shops and restaurants, as well as walking distance to the beach. Our pups also loved being able to vacation with us!!!

Charming place!

Loved this quality home of character! Beautiful throughout with comfortable beds, enjoyable private hot tub, nice kitchen, good and helpful communication and with every other amenity we needed. Also, location wise you can easily walk anywhere in this quaint town. With such lovely old time detail, they just don't build homes like this anymore.

Castor House

Enjoyed our stay for our daughter’s graduation. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. The house is well located and we liked the private back patio area. One small bathroom is not ideal but beds were comfy and kitchen and living space were good!
