Modern, quiet and cozy 2/1 home with private parking. It is CENTRALLY LOCATED in the Heart of Miami. The home has all you need to spend time with family or friends. Come on vacation, celebration, work or just to relax.

We are within minutes to fine dining, beaches, shopping, golfing, fishing and many more fun things to do.

20 mins from Miami Intl Airport, 25 mins from Miami Beach and just minutes from Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Little Havana, Calle Ocho (8th street), Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood and Key Biscayne.

The place is a 2/1 but is very spacious and private with it`s own private parking. The home in the back is private and separate.

Accommodations: 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5 comfortably) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, office space and laundry room with outside BBQ area.

The home has Wifi with Central AC and 65 inch Smart TV in Living room.

SECURITY:
No DJ`s or Parties allowed! We reserve the right to enter the home if we feel that there is an unauthorized party / event and fines will be applied for noise violations. Please be respectful of neighbors during quiet hours of 11:00 pm-7:00 am.

ABSOLUTELY - NO SMOKING allowed in the home.

The house is fully for your enjoyment. Private parking in front of the property, Just open the gates and drive in. The side entrance by the washer /dryer leads you to the BBQ area if you are in the mood for some outdoor grilling.

We have stocked the kitchen with basic cooking supplies to make you feel at home. We have included a Welcome Book that has dining, shopping, and things to explore while your stay in Miami.
