Wonderful Stay

The house was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The lanai overlooking the dock and canal was a peaceful place to relax. The owners were very responsive and gracious hosts.

Had a great time At Howard’s place. Stay there for a month with my wife. It was everything that was advertised. Good night. I’ll be in better close to everything. Did a lot of fishing.

We were very happy here. Our host Howard provided us a beautiful home for the month of February. The location was great. We were able to relax and enjoy all the amenities he offered. Everything was as he stated. Howard was a.great host. If you needed anything he was there to provide what you needed. He also has information of restaurants and activities to do in the area. You can’t go wrong staying here. The area was quit and peaceful. A beautiful area.

Great Neighborhood and wonderful accommodations

The home was in a quiet neighborhood, we loved the yard and surroundings, well manicured yard. Enjoyed the canal - it was relaxing the watch the water, hear the fish jump, and was very excited to see manatee two different days. The home was clean and well furnished. It was so helpful to have a washer and dryer available. We already have some time reserved for a year from now!!

Wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful place to stay. So peaceful and relaxing! This house is spacious, clean, well stocked and in a great location. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the dock watching the manatee go by. Howard was an amazing host! We look forward to staying here again!

Great Vacation Rental

We had a hard time coming across a vacation rental last minute, when I found this property. Even though the owner didn't intend for last minute weekly vacation rentals he still let us go through with it. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you want to vacation in this area.

Wonderful winter getaway

We stayed for the month of December, and found the house beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The yard, landscaping, and private dock are well-kept and attractive. Our favorite part was the screened-in porch overlooking the dock and canal. We sat out there every day and enjoyed the breeze. The owners were very responsive, and their parents live next door and were very helpful with a Wi-Fi issue when we first arrived. They worked tirelessly to solve the problem, which was fixed within a couple days. The only disappointment was that travel time through the canals to the Gulf is much longer than we expected. This is only a concern for fishing/boating on the Gulf. Overall, this house is a fantastic value for the price, and we would definitely recommend it.

Great Place

Our family (parents & two teenaged girls) stayed at this property for a week and found the home to be very clean, well maintained and in nice neighborhood. The owner, Pren, was a pleasure to work with, always prompt and pleasant to respond to questions. We had planned on venturing out to different locations each day and this home was a nice location for doing that. It was nice to come home at night and be in a quiet location away from the traffic of the beach. We enjoyed sitting out by the canal and winding down after our adventure for the day. My husband and daughter also enjoyed casting a line or two from the canal patio and trying to land some fish. If we make it back to this part of FL I would stay here again without any hesitation.
