-Rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture and dining table, TV, living space, and HOT TUB with GULF VIEWS!!
-Multiple balconies
-Community pool great for after the beach!
-Brand new, open concept floor plan with designer furnishing and top-of-the-line finishes (quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, etc!)
-5 Bedrooms + 4 full bathrooms + 1 half bathroom
-Electric fireplace
-Office nook
-Free WiFi
-TVs in all bedrooms and living areas
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (SLEEPS 14 + 2 on a provided air mattress if needed)
FIRST FLOOR:
-Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and bathroom with glass shower
-Living space with Queen-sized sleeper sofa
SECOND FLOOR:
-Main living space, kitchen, dining room, balcony
-Office nook
-Half bathroom
THIRD FLOOR:
-Master Bedroom 2 - King bed with en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower and private balcony access
-Guest Bedroom 3 - Queen bed and shared bathroom with shower/tub combination and private balcony access
-Guest Bedroom 4 - Queen bed and shared bathroom with shower/tub combination
-Guest Bedroom 5 - Twin-over-Full bunk bed and Twin XL trundle with en-suite bathroom with glass shower
There is also a Queen-size air mattress and pack n' play provided at no additional charge.
Guest access
Spot for one car in the garage and two cars on in the driveway in addition to the LSV/golf cart. EV Charger available in the garage for electric car charging on the go!
Located less than a half-mile from the property, the new Highway 98 Underpass makes it easy to bike directly to Highway 30A without having to cross busy roads! This art-filled pathway, featuring vibrant murals and sculptures, is both a safe and scenic way for guests looking to explore the area!
Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East, or to the West, or on Highway 98. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, hot tub or other amenities provided to guests.
