Open the double sliding stacked doors to the oversized heated saltwater pool and enjoy an expansive indoor/outdoor vibe of the nearly 1400 sq ft screened in lanai!

This home is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation! All linens, towels, pool towels, and all basic essential kitchen needs are already here! Laundry is also included with pods and dryer sheets available for guest use.

Guests are provided access to the entire home except use of the garage (parking in driveway only) and one locked owners closet in the master suite
Other things to note
For security and safety purposes, exterior cameras are present (doorbell, driveway, pool, and side exterior) they are disarmed during reservations.

No pets, smoking, or parties are allowed.

A gas grill is provided but must be cleaned if used to avoid additional charges.

Bugs and other pests may find their way in through open doors/Lanai, food left out, etc. Please help up by tidying up and keeping food stored and doors closed.

Must be 25yo or older to reserve.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping on premises, inside or outside.
