This pet-friendly townhouse is the perfect retreat for couples or families, featuring deeded private beach access just a short walk away. Sip your morning coffee from the cozy hanging swing on the front porch or enjoy sunset cocktails on the private balcony, all while taking in the gorgeous Emerald Coast views.

Our open-concept living area is designed for connection and comfort. The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining space and living room, which features a new, comfortable sectional sofa that converts to a sleeper for extra guests.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Primary Suite: Unwind in the second-floor primary suite, complete with a king-sized bed, luxury linens, and a private balcony. Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV or refresh in the recently remodeled en suite bathroom, which boasts an oversized walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom: Also on the second floor, this room is perfect for kids or a second family. It includes two twin beds, a bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top), and its own Smart TV. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within this room for easy access during your stay.

Outdoor Living & Beach Fun Your perfect beach day is just moments away. We provide all the essentials so you can arrive and relax, including:

Sand toys

After a day on the sand, simply rinse your gear with the provided freshwater hose before storing it away.

Work & Stay Connected Stay connected with fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home. The strong signal provides a great setup for remote work or for streaming movies after a day of exploring.

Guest Access

You will have the entire townhouse to yourself. Before your arrival, you will receive a unique private access code for keyless entry, valid for the duration of your stay. A separate code will be provided for the deeded private beach access gate.

The Neighborhood

Our home is ideally located to enjoy the best of Destin. You are just a short drive from the bustling HarborWalk Village, where you can find dining and entertainment, and close to charter services for a trip to the famous Crab Island.

Getting Around

Onsite parking is provided for your convenience. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and many of Destin's top attractions are easily reachable by a short drive.

The primary renter must be 27 years of age or older.

No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

This is a strictly non-smoking property.
