Great value and location

Great location.. 2 miles from Pier Park. Many elevators to help with crowd. Plenty of carts to help with luggage/arrival.

Hurricane hideout

It was a great place to be sheltered in during hurricane Helena September 28,2024. We felt comfortable and safe with the decision the condo staff took. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony.

Just close enough to everything but just far enough away so as not to be right in the middle of all the Pier Park chaos. Big balconies. Decent pool. Nice beach. Good price.

Quiet on the west side

Perfect for our family of 4. The pool was a little on the smaller side, but it was heated and served the kiddos very well. Had a huge hot tub to relax in. Steps away from the beach, which was a private section, so it was never crowded. Lots of chairs and plenty of space. The condo itself was clean and just enough room. Huge balcony! Would easily stay here again.

Awesome weekend getaway!

We stayed in this condo for a long weekend Thurs to Sun. At the end of August 2016. It is a beautiful condo with spectacular views! Enjoyed a perfect view of the sunset. It was clean and well decorated. Couches are comfy for lounging ,.....Parking is easy and beach access is very close. Management was easy to reach and able to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for an awesome trip!

A Memorable Stay in a Magnificent Condo

We stayed at 609 Emerald Isle during a family vacation. We liked the furniture and setup, especially the recliners were very relaxing. The condo has direct oceanview from the balcony, master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. We enjoyed spectacular moonlight and waves from the master bedroom. We spent long time in the spacious balcony watching beach activities and waves. The kids had a great time with the pool and beach activities. Without a doubt, we look forward to visiting this condo again in the future.

Everything was exactly as described in this unit. The facility staff was also helpful when my wife locked herself out before memorizing the door code. You will not be disappointed with a visit to this unit.

Property was nice. Management never answered email question about chairs and umbrella that I thought was included with the rental. Main bath toilet constantly leaks water internally and is probably wasting owner resources in water usage.

Over all, very nice. The rooms were nice and comfortable. In the guest room, the headboard was leaning toward the bed. Some of the pillow cases in the master bedroom, were wrinkled as if they had been used prior to our arrival Floors were dirty throughout the condo. The stove and refrigerator were dirty and greasy Overall the place was comfortable. Hine site told me I should have reported the above issues upon inspecting the condo, but I did not. Next time I will.

no recliner or love seat we had to pull patio furniture for movie night. guest bedroom had a horrible mattress w/broken springs. Dust covered the walls of the guest br. MOLD in guest bathroom. Guest bed needs CURTAINS. vacuum cleaner turns on but no suction. we made the most of a bad situation.

Beautiful view......

We just happened to stay during Tropical storm Cindy, so no beach for the first 2 days. The condo was beautiful and everything we needed for our stay was there. Even washing machine gel packs, so you can do your laundry. I would recommend staying here, but my only irritation is having to pay $20 for parking after we had forked out so much money already. And having to pay for a beach chair with cushion. I think there are some condos that already have those amenities included, but ours wasn't. So, you may want to check on that if you decide to stay here. The one grill ran out of propane and we had to go to the 4th floor to talk to someone about getting another, but they were super fast in helping us and didn't have to wait very long to get another tank. Other than that, the stay was wonderful and when we finally did get on the beach, it was worth the wait. I am so glad there was tile in the main areas, so the sand was easy to clean up. I've seen some condos that have carpet throughout. I hope you find this review helpful and enjoy your stay!!!

Not really happy with the condo.

We didn't drive down on scheduled date of September 1, due to the prediction of Hurricane Hermine. We were not reimbursed for one night or offered an additional night's stay. Really, would YOU drive into a predicted hurricane? Parking under the building was abysmal--too small for a large pickup truck. Charged us an extra $20 per vehicle--had two=$40.00. Parking across the street (also a $20.00 charge per vehicle) gave you no access to a cart for luggage or grocery bags. Although, we were notified wifi could be weak, we had NO wifi. Kitchen had minimal supplies. If we wanted beach chairs, that would be an additional $20.00 per chair. As a long-time visitor of PCB, I would not recommend this facility.

Mattress was terrible

The property was great. They balcony view was amazing. The master bedroom mattress, on the other hand, was terrible. Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. You could tell it was old. It was sagging on each side where so many people have slept on it. That’s really my only complaint.

great vacation

We loved our stay! good views, plenty of space, everything went well. the only complaint I have is that I did not sleep well due to the mattress and pillows being so uncomfortable! also, the sheets and mattress cover on the pull out couch were stained which was a little unsettling. everything else was clean and very enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the place, the only negative thing was the security kept bothering my kids every 45mins at the pool with me sitting right there, really pissed me off! Leave people alone when they aren't doing anything. My kids weren't causing any issues.

The condo and property was excellent. Beachfront with an awesome view. The communication with the rental company was not great. The condo was not cleaned and we did have wristbands or a parking pass when we arrived. They sent us the parking pass and bands late the first night. The bands were the wrong color (orange)and my guests were harassed because of it. Thankfully the maintenance crew gave them the correct ones(red). No one ever addressed the condo not being cleaned properly. The woman at the front desk was very helpful though, unfortunately the condo was booked using Panhandle Getaways through VRBO

Condition of condo

The condo is nice, however the couches could stand to be replaced. The loveseat sinks in on the left. The queen mattress was hard. Carpet in bedrooms appeared dirty. When the Dryer was turned on the breaker switch popped loudly and sparks flew out of. Had to dry laundry at a friends condo. Cabinet door fell off in kitchen. I do not feel it was worth the money. When the reservation was made the lady stated that they would answer phones 24/7. I could not get in touch with anyone when the dryer acted up. Only when I used the chat feature did I receive a call about the dryer, and that was because I mentioned I was scared about it catching fire

Overall the property was nice, and clean. The room itself was decent, the only thing, it needs to be deep cleaned. Other then that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time.
