This waterfront 2-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to the coast. On site parking for trailered boats up to 25 feet and generous outdoor spaces featuring an under home deck this home has it all. Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise overlooking Dickerson Bay.

The house features two bedrooms 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living room offers an enchanting space to gather, with a cozy sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances where you can enjoy cooking your fresh catch from the bay. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer, this welcoming property has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

You are only a short drive to launch your boat at the public boat ramp at Rock Landing Marina . Please note that there is no water access on this property .Enjoy an afternoon stroll to Woolley Park right on Dickerson Bay with a pier and full playground. You can explore the sea life at Gulf Specimen Aquarium just a few blocks away. If you are one to enjoy outdoors this location is great for biking, fishing, hiking and enjoying the fresh salty air the coast provides.

Don't feel like cooking, you are minutes away from several well known restaurants like Posey's Up The Creak Steam Room, Trident, The Salty Donkey and a quick drive to Angelo's Seafood or to Sopchoppy and enjoy a cold beverage and food truck at Civic Brewing Co.
We love furry friends please let us know they will be joining. There is a pet fee for their stay.
We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our home. Our property is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Big Bend subsequently it’s not uncommon to see bugs, lizards, raccoons and the like . Please know we implement a stringent pest control program and there’s no need to report bugs in and around the home.

I stayed for twelve days and it exceeded my expectations. The home is perched perfectly so you feel like you’re in the treetops with a full view of the water. Inside has an open layout that brings sunlight in from all sides. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed along with other small touches (extra towels and basic pantry items) to make the stay very welcoming and convenient. Panacea and Sopchoppy have the friendliest residents. Communication with the host was good and check-in was smooth. Overall, the Treehouse is the perfect mix of comfort and style in a very quiet location. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Northwest Florida.

Writing a review for this property is not a good idea 
. It’s such a fantastic spot in a quiet town, I really don’t want anyone else to know about this gem. I really can’t recommend this enough. A fantastic pace to stay. Just book it now and you’ll have a great time.

Coastal getaway

The house was a slice of coastal heaven! Perfect spot, clean, minutes from the restaurants in Panacea, and it had all the amenities! We will be renting again!

Loved the view of the bay. In the evening the balconies are covered in shade and with a cool breeze it's quite pleasant to sit and watch the birds and other wildlife as the sun goes down.

Good but room for improvement

Location and property were excellent. The only 3 issues were: there are not blinds/curtains in the common areas, the dishwasher door is broken and didnt want to chance using it, lastly and most importantly the bugs!!! Upon check in there were 9 large roaches on the floor, 8 dead and 1 alive. During the stay, there were 5 large roaches I killed crawling about. 2 landed in the bed while we were sleeping which was surprising. While sitting on the couch, I got bit by a small spider but luckily it wasnt a poisonous one. Aside from the bugs the stay was very nice. We loved the area. It was quiet and quaint.

Treehouse was amazing.

Super clean , very new . Everything was tidy, no weird smells. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for my boat and tgere was a place to wash it down. The ice machine downstairs was a nice bonus feature. I would highly recommend tge treehouse

What a great few days in the treehouse! Everything was just as described and super clean! Wall of windows overlooking the woods and water! Very quiet and relaxing! No issues at all!!

FSU Graduation

The Treehouse was a wonderful experience for me and my family. The property was absolutely beautiful; especially the sunrises through the trees. Additionally, the proximity to beaches helped to make the days prior to and following the FSU graduation ceremony relaxing. We made memories on this trip!

Peaceful stay in a lovely home

We arrived at the property after dark and thankfully the host had sent us directions as the house is off of the beaten path. Upon entering the home we were immediately impressed with the tasteful decor and comfortable vibe. Our bed was comfortable and we woke to find stunning views from the deck. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. We walked to the local park that was a couple blocks from the house and were amused by the multitude of tiny crabs. We spent the day hiking at Bald Point State Park and enjoyed a low country boil at Tropical Trader Shrimp Company. We finished the night enjoying some television on the comfy couch in the living room. We loved everything about the house and wish that we had more time to enjoy it. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing on the bay

Comfy with great energy! Clean and beautifully designed with just the right touch of decor but not overwhelming. The neighborhood was peaceful and the view was nice.
