Loved the vibe of this place. The patio in the back was very peaceful. Could use a little bit of an update on the living room furniture, but bed was comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas vacation vacation.

The floors and counters were the cleaniest i have ever seen in a rental. I was there for less then 30 mins of my 2 night stay. The furniture was very old and felt dirty when I sat on the sofa. The place was very dark and seemed unsettling to me. It was also much further from Tallahassee than i thought (my mistake).

My wife and I had a phenomenal stay here. Steven the host was very transparent and made things super easy. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were the first comfy ones we'd slept on during our roadtrip, which was much appreciated. The rear deck facing the canal was beautiful to sit at and just relax. And right down the road we saw the single most amazing sun rise we'd ever seen. This is an absolutely great place to stay if youre looking to get away and relax for a few days on the Gulf!
2 min drive to the beach to see the most amazing sunrise.

We absolutely loved this place! It has such a unique look. House is very well stocked with everything you need. Great location! It is very peaceful and still easy access to restaurants. This was our first trip to Panacea and we can’t wait to come back. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Very clean and great location

Very clean and a great location. Check in was not a problem a nice cold air-conditioning throughout. The two main floor toilets are very slow to flush, but did work. Typically, we see kitchens a little better outfitted with good knives and pans than this location. The home appears to have settled some from previous storms and the doors tend to hang up and make a lot of noise inside. Difficult to be quiet getting up at night. Would’ve loved to have had a second shower or bath other than the sand room. It states to have basic cable service, but we never could find a weather station that did not require a subscription. Only other issue was the ceiling fan in the second bedroom vibrates too much to leave on at night due to noise. It does have a great porch overlooking the canal a nice screened in porch on the front and a cute little dock overlooking the canal. These were not issues that could be corrected during our stay so I did not bring them up to the owners while we were there. Still a very nice place to stay.

Propert was good for us, furnishings a bit dated but fine for weekend. Valted ceilings make for tough heating. Oysterfest was crowded, the Trident was fun

Quiet

The furnishings were not comfortable and the floors were a bit of a rooler coaster. Also the TV has bare bones TV channels. However, the Area was quiet anf that was a goal certainly. My advise would be to do a bit of an update to address the wavey floors a, lighten the place up and get some updated furnishing. Its not a bad place otherw.The area is peaceful so jut build from there.

Great getaway

Weekend getaway with family. Great location with beach just right up the road. Not far from things we planned to do. House was very clean and spacious with great amenities and cool decorations. We enjoyed the dock and loved the back porch. We’ll definitely return!

Nice get away!

The place was cozy and comfortable. It is must bigger than the pictures show. Outdoor shower area is awesome to clean up after fishing or day at the beach.

Beach football weekend

Cottage was an authentic Florida fishing cottage with knotty cedar walls and cabinets. Location is amazing
Mashes Sand beach which is walkable was beautiful with beach chairs to watch sunrise it is amazing and shallow for kids. Also loved the pop up books and movie posters.

This Was My Second Stay in this House

I just Love this House. It is perfect for us to get away from the hustle of our busy lives. We are close to the Boat Ramp here at this house, so we are out on the water every day Fishing. Working with the Homeowner is easy and he is very kind.
