Host molto comunicativo e pronto per qualsiasi esigenza. Bell'appartamento, abbastanza pulito. L' unica cosa manca qualsiasi prodotto base, abbiamo trovato soltanto un po' di sapone per le mani. Asciugamani e lenzuola sono fornite. Market vicinissimo, molto comodo. La metro piĂč vicina Ăš a 14 minuti di cammino e tranquillamente ti porta in qualsiasi punto di Manhattan. Fa molto caldo in casa. Ottimo il servizio lavanderia condominiale.

Kinda hard to get in touch with host im sure he was working but would of been nice to get instructions the day before. No trash bags but other than that it was pretty good. Honestly im not to picky its a place to sleep for 2 days

Subject: Complaint regarding unsatisfactory stay at my reservationDear Sir/Madam,I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent reservation in New York, as the experience was extremely negative and did not reflect what was expected or paid for.1.On the same day of check-in, I was contacted via WhatsApp and informed that we could not stay at the property originally booked. We were offered an alternative accommodation which, given the urgency of the situation, we felt forced to accept.2.Upon arrival at the new property, we encountered unacceptable conditions:‱The place was very dirty and contained other people’s clothes.‱We were told we had to split into two separate rooms, which was not what we had originally booked.‱No towels, clean sheets, or basic amenities were provided.‱We were not given keys, and after waiting for more than an hour outside the building, nobody opened the door.3.Overall, this was the worst lodging experience I have ever had. We paid nearly 700 for this booking, yet only 475 has been refunded, with Vrbo keeping the remaining amount. Given the circumstances, I strongly believe I am entitled to a full refund.I kindly ask you to review my case urgently and proceed with the reimbursement of the full amount paid.I look forward to your response.Sincerely

Had an amazing stay! The place is so spacious and clean. Nice neighborhood and was able to easily access all the places we wanted to visit Mendal was very accommodating, we cant wait to stay here again

Excellent host and great location

Cute house in a quiet area. Not to far from the train. Parking was pretty easy. House was clean, a bit old. Everything worked though and Mendel was a communicative and great host. Will visit again, I'm sure! Thank you Mendel!

Good but dangerous

My family and I which we are predominantly women felt incredibly unsafe in this neighborhood. We stay for 5 days and were followed on one of the days back to our place and we heard several screams and gunshots at night. I don’t recommend walking outside after dark. It does get hot in the place however, it’s spacious and your experience is what you pay for! I would recommend staying in the inner city if you’re looking for a girls trip ladies!

Place is not the same as in pictures. More worse!!!

The place is not the same as advertised and as in pics. Only good part about this place is the bathroom. The kitchen was untidy with ants. Very limited dishes and utensils.The place is very small and not well maintained. The leaving room has two TVs one in front of others. The only closet they have is full of junk and scrap and is dangerous to open even. The convertible soft bed is very small and is twin size and so not as per the advertised people would fit.The place is very warm even when it snowed outside and we had to keep the windows open which had no security screens and makes it very noisy due to on going traffic at nights. Not to mention, the outside is also dirty with open trash bins and large puddle which makes it harder to go in and out.Overall worst experience ever among all the rentals I have had so far.WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOST!!!

Me aloje 7 días, el anfitrion no soluciona los problemas, te lee y nada mas, tiene varias cosas en mal estado, sillas rotas, las camas se hunden, mi esposo perdió la uña a causa de la silla, fue terrible sangraba demasiado, no tiene caja de emergencias, hay hormigas y arañas, mi hijo olvido su billetera con documentos importantes y 100 dólares, todo eso le informe al anfitrión pero nunca me respondió, mala experiencia y muy triste salí de ese apartamento, sin acceso al internet 5 días, mis hijos aburridos. Pido que sea mas responsable, no solo es cobrar si no dar un buen servicio, debe invertir en su apartamento, darle mantenimiento, ser amable y honrado, si te vas a hospedar en ese lugar NO OLVIDEN NADA PORQUE NO LO DEVUELVEN.Tengo evidencias de lo que digo, fotos de los muebles rotos, de la falta de internet, de los insectos caminando por la cocina y de la perdida de uña de mi esposo.

Affordable

The bathroom was nice, the kitchen is well stock, the neighborhood was peaceful . Park close by for kids to play, deli stores close by. Entrance needs a lil work and some rooms more curtains. Perfect for family or friends when traveling on a budget.
