Situé à deux pas de l'avenue de l'Atlantique / centre de transit Barclays Center, notre appartement de jardin, récemment rénové, est parfait pour les familles voyageant à New York. Il y a deux chambres, une kitchenette et salle de bains, et grand salon / salle de vie ouvert. L'unité dispose du WiFi et de la télévision par cùble et d'une entrée séparée du jardin.

Notre quartier est situĂ© au sommet de Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Greene, et Park Slope, qui signifie que vous ĂȘtes Ă  distance de marche de presque tout ce que vous pourriez imaginer - parcs de classe mondiale, restaurants, art, fabricants artisanaux de toutes sortes, etc. En outre, la plaque tournante de mĂ©tro Atlantic Avenue, vous pouvez obtenir Ă  Manhattan en quelques minutes.

We stayed in Brooklyn for 3 months this summer and it was truly one of the best experiences. The apartment was in the perfect location. Walkable to coffee shops, parks, great restaurants, and a very well connected subway station that made getting around the city so easy. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a longer stay. Communication was smooth, check-in was simple, and we always felt supported if we needed anything from the hosts. We worked remotely while living here and it was more than comfortable for that as well.Thanks for the great stay!

This garden apartment was just as listed and comfortable for our family of 3. DK was an excellent communicator. Always available for any questions yet the space felt very private.

Just like home But un Brooklyn 😜😎

We spent a very good stay in this very pretty apartment, there was all in the vicinity, station, grocery store, store for shopping, park, municipal swimming pool and 20 mnt top chrono of times square, etc. After a long day in New York, coming back to the apartment at the end of the day felt good, like being really at home.. Dk was very accommodating, very responsive in messages, very kind. Sincerely, without exaggeration, I would give a 10/10 for the apartment and its host.thanks for everything 🙏🙏

Best of everything in Brooklyn!

You will not find more accommodating hosts than DK and Timothy! Minor problems were addressed immediately in this spacious and well-appointed garden apartment. Central A/C was a true bonus with the August heat and humidity, but the little garden patio in back was a lovely getaway. Location-close to Barclays Center and Atlantic Ave but on a side street- offered the best of everything. Highly recommend!!

Sehr zentral und ruhig und gerÀumig.

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist wirklich toll. Gleich gegenĂŒber befindet sich die grosse Subway Station Atlantic Avenue. Wir waren fĂŒr 10 Tage dort und waren sogar mit 4 Erwachsenen dort. DafĂŒr war wirklich genug Platz vorhanden. Toll war, dass man sich nach einem langen Tag in NYC wirklich gut ausruhen konnte, quasi eine Ruhe Oase. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ruhig dafĂŒr dass sie so zentral liegt. Die Umgebung ist sehr sicher. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr viele im Umkreis von 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Ich kann diese Wohnung sehr weiter empfehlen.

Happy Wife

When we first booked our trip to NYC, my wife was hesitant about staying in Brooklyn as opposed to Manhattan given that we were bringing our two daughters to NYC and she did not want to be far from Manhattan. However, she was surprised at the location and its proximity to Atlantic Terminal (across the street). It allowed us to jump on the main express trains (2,3,4, & 5) heading into Manhattan. Furthermore, the amount of space was fantastic compared to living in a single room hotel. Plus, if you wanted some food, downtown Brooklyn was only a 10 minute walk away (or a single subway stop). Thank you again.

Appartement spacieux idéalement situé dans Brooklyn pour un accÚs rapide vers Manhattan.

AccÚs à l'appartement à l'aide d'une boßte à clés : nous n'avons jamais vu physiquement le propriétaire pendant toute la semaine. L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble à 3 étages au niveau du rez de rue. Il est donc peu lumineux mais relativement calme. Il manque comme équipements électroménagers : un four électrique et pas simplement un four micro ondes ; un lave linge et un lave vaisselle. L'appartement est bien climatisé avec un thermostat. Il possÚde également une télévision. Un supermarché à proximité est trÚs pratique. En conclusion, un appartement spacieux, bien situé à proximité du métro mais qui manque de quelques équipements électroménagers pour faciliter la vie tous les jours.

Cool in a heatwave

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment. It is very close to the Atlantic Terminal for subway and Long Island railway connection as well as big supermarkets. The central air conditioning was great whilst we were staying in the apartment. The window aircon units are now due to be removed which should help with reducing traffic noise. But just about anywhere in New York has background noise which takes a bit to get used to.

A Perfect Space!

We just absolutely loved our time at this property ! The space was a perfect fit for us. It was clean and spacious and the owner made check in and check out simple and efficient. We were centrally located to the subway and all things Brooklyn . Don’t pass up a chance to stay here ! You’ll love it !

Great vacation in Brooklyn

Our family of four spent a week in Brooklyn on a sight seeing trip during Spring Break. The location of this apartment was perfect as we decided not to get a car and just use the metro. Easy walk to a main subway station which took us directly to all our destinations. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. Barclay Center was close as well if you're a basketball fan. The apartment fit all our needs for sleeping, eating, and entertainment as well. D K was a great host which provided easy check-in/out and great communication. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to sight-see around NYC.

Great experience

Location was perfect for catching the Subway and getting around. I took one star off because the curtains for the main bedroom are too short and this is right on the street. Other than that this place was ideal. I was a little worried about the subway noise, but I was able to sleep through it. Thank you DK.

Location Location Location!

We couldn't have asked for a better accommodations -- spacious 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit, fully stocked kitchen and living spaces. Perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young adult children. And all subways stop at Barclays center so everywhere we went (and we went all over) it was so easy to get back -- express trains from the lower east side, upper west side, Greenwich Village, no transfer coming back from Queens. Fantastic. And the Long Island RR has a stop there too for getting to JFK and out on the island. There are shops close for quick groceries (Target, Whole Foods, Stop and Shop) and a mall if that's your thing too. DK was super attentive (and not intrusive) and helpful with terrific communication and we can't wait to find time to come back.

Fantastic apartment in an ideal location

We had a wonderful stay at DK's gorgeous apartment. We had a weather-delayed arrival and she was super flexible. We were thrilled to find the home ready for us. Super clean and organized, very spacious (especially by New York standards!). It was perfect for our two young children, with a pack-n-play and a high chair on hand. And the location can't be beat, just a block from every subway line and plenty of shopping/restaurants. We loved staying here!
