Though small, this is an excellent space for a visit to San Diego. It is very clean and Brittany was very responsive to questions and we appreciated her recommendations that helped us enjoy the visit. The location is quiet but still accessible to major streets and highways. For us the proximity to SDSU was very helpful.

The place was very small with a king size bed against the wall. It only had 1 chair and no where to hang clothes. The air conditioner was large and noisy. It’s not for seniors and should be advertised as for 1 person. The tv had to be unplugged and plugged back in every time we used it. We rented for 9 days but left on the 4th day. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hosts are nice.

Brittany and Garrett are very responsive and accommodating. The room is small but comfortable and has everything you need short of a full kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and the entrance private. If you're looking for a peaceful night's rest after a day out on the town, this is your place!

Wonderful place!

Home away from home! The apartment is very nicely furnished and the landlady is a gem - talk about cookies in a jar, water in the fridge and fresh cream for the coffee!

O wow. I LOVED this place, it is truly charming and words I can’t even come up with yet to say how CUTE. Bed was super comfortable and the studio had just about anything: water, coffee, towels and let’s not forget about the cookies 😁. Hosts were very communicative and friendly and helpful too upkeeping a safe clean place in the area. Definitely a favorite of mine and I can’t wait to come back!!

the location was great. 20/30 minute drives to multiple beaches! it was super clean and the hosts are very kind. overall a great time and i’m grateful for an amazing trip!
