Welcome to the Turquoise Oasis! This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features a first-floor primary suite, a sparkling saltwater pool, firepit gathering and a spacious, fenced backyard with a large screened-in patio. Designed for comfort, it’s the perfect place to relax.

One mile to Mayo Clinic. Explore numerous beaches (4 miles to closest), restaurants, and shops plus golf, tennis, parks, trails and fishing spots. Historic St. Augustine and Amelia Island are just a scenic drive away.

The space:
Step inside to discover a large kitchen, dining table for 6, open floor plan living space and primary king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and workspace, all on the first floor. Beyond the sliding glass doors an outdoor oasis awaits featuring a large screened in patio with seating & propane firepit, sparkling saltwater pool with waterfall feature, wood firepit area and fenced in backyard perfect for exploration!

Upstairs you'll find a comfortable bunk room with full bed on bottom, Twin on top and a twin trundle pull out, A full bathroom and the full bed bedroom. There is also a small desk for use at the top of the stairs.

Please know that this is someone’s personal home, but while they’re not living in it, you get to enjoy the entire space as your own. That means things might not be brand new or perfectly polished like a hotel. You may notice a scuff on the floor, a well-loved sofa, or a few quirks that come with a real lived-in space. It’s all part of the charm—comfortable, unique, and welcoming. Just remember, it’s a home, not a showroom!

You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home.

Fireplace in living room is not for use.

We Welcome Dogs!
$125 Flat Pet fee is applied at checkout for up to 3 dogs.
We are dog friendly so if you're allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. We clean very thoroughly, but you may notice an occasional stray dog hair. If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a dog with you, we will charge the pet fee retroactively.
*There is a small azalea bush in corner of yard behind pool.

POOL INFO:
The pool is saltwater and serviced every Wednesday around noon, there may be a delay of up to one hour after servicing (in rare occurrences this delay may be longer.)

The pool is open air (no screen) so may need to be skimmed of leaves during your stay if you choose to- skimmer is provided. We do our best to skim between guests but depending on time of year/weather the pool may not be completely clear of leaves/outside debris upon your arrival. If you feel the pool requires professional service between our regular service please contact us immediately. Swimming is at your own risk!

Pool is not heated.

Lawn Service is done weekly & may overlap with your stay. Weekly service may be interrupted particularly during high rain season.

There are two ring cameras on the exterior of the home, one at front door and one above garage facing driveway.
The cameras are not monitored. They are used to look back on if any issues arise.
