RULES DURING YOUR STAY:

"- We ask you to take care of the use of electricity. Do not leave the air conditioners on all day. Turn them off when you leave the house. "
The use of bracelets is mandatory.
- The reservation is only for registered guests, visitors or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- Read and respect the pool regulations.
The use of clothing is mandatory in common areas.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- The city's toilets do not support papers inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because they can become clogged and contaminate a lot.
- We ask that you do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the property, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off makeup or suntan lotion or wipe your feet.

IMPORTANT:
- You have complete privacy of the property, however if any cause of force majeure occurs where we have to access we would let you know in advance (floods, leaks, fire, etc.)

DAMAGE COSTS:
The cost to remove a stain from 1 towel or 1 sheet costs $5 USD each. If the stain is not removed, it is necessary to change the towel or sheet for a new one.
Replacement for lost key or towel costs $25 USD each.
For each rule that is not complied with, a $100 USD penalty will be charged, for the 1st rule not complied with, the 2nd $200 USD, the 3rd $300 USD and so on.
