It’s time to relax and enjoy Florida living in this fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pool home located in a well-established, highly sought-after, southeast Boynton neighborhood. Your home away from home has been tastefully decorated with new furniture and flooring giving it the clean, cozy and relaxing atmosphere you are looking for. After a busy day at the beach, golfing, shopping, or fishing, step out your sliding glass doors into your private patio and fenced in backyard and take a refreshing dip in your heated/air-conditioned private saltwater pool. The pool is equipped with a “Chiller” assuring the pool temperature will remain at optimum temperature throughout the year, and the saltwater system won’t dry out your skin or hair.
Boynton Beach shares the border with Delray Beach both offering many dining options, beaches, shopping and nighttime entertainment. Boynton Beach is unique in that it is located on the fabulous Florida “Gold Coast”. The Gulfstream is just offshore, and Boynton Beach is world famous for fishing whether it is from charter boats, drift boasts, or from the surf, bridge or jetty. Great stay! The pool was fantastic, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels for both bathing and pool use. The host and property manager were both very responsive and helpful, which made everything easy and stress‑free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

We stayed early December thru January 31st. It’s a lovely home and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything that’s needed, the yard, the pool, the chairs and covered picnic table made it easy to enjoy outside. We couldn’t think of anything that was lacking. The property manager responded immediately to any of our questions and location was 10 minutes to Atlantic Ave. We are looking forward to returning again.

Just as pictured... but better !

Such a perfect home for out family of 7 ! We loved the warm salt water pool for evening swims. The home was just as pictured but even better. Chuck was always a quick text away if needed. Neighborhood and area is really nice and 10 min drive to the local beach. Family and I had such a great stay. Cant wait to come back !

The Getaway

We had an amazing time in this cozy little getaway. It was suitable for 5 adult kids,my wife and I. In the backyard is a perfect oasis, with awesome lighting for nighttime and a pool that is at eighty two degrees all day long. There were plenty of utensils and gadgets for your cooking needs, and all the appliances were fully functional. The only downside I have to mention is one of the bedrooms does not have its own bathroom. So the kids had to share all week, but we made it work. It's a lovely place and a lovely neighborhood that has multiple vrbo locations and a very clean neighborhood close to all the major shopping that if you so desire. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Enjoyable, relaxing time away

This home is spacious, well equipped, thoughtfully arranged and offers plenty of areas for family members to gather. Being located midway between Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach allows for time to leisurely explore the many areas and beaches in between. Frankly, we didn’t need to leave the house, with a heated pool and such a cozy home to enjoy. Our best day truly was a day just spent sleeping in, and being in and out of the pool all day and evening. The manager was highly responsive to a minor need we had, and gracious all around. If our travels bring us back to Florida, we all agree we’d love to stay again.

Spring Break with the family

The property was just as advertised. The neighborhood was nice, well-kept, and had beautiful landscaping. Felt totally safe. When you walk in, the open concept kitchen, living room, dining area with view to the pool is so inviting and beachy. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. We were visiting with family who lives nearby so we spent the majority of our time at the house and in the pool. Everything was comfortable and the water pressure in the master shower was fantastic. There were tons of pool toys and beach towels so you do not need to bring anything. We had fun fishing at the pier in Boynton Beach and Deerfield Beach a couple of days. We did not have any problems, just a couple of questions, and the property manager responded immediately to my text. We will definitely stay here again. Everything down to the thick fluffy towels was high quality and perfect.

Hurry and book!! This place is fantastic!!

We have visited the Boynton Beach/Delray area about 15 times in the past 10 years because we have family members that “winter” in the area. This is the first time we decided to book our own place and we will never go back to staying with family!! We have already booked this place for next year-it’s just wonderful. Our party had 5 children and 2 adults and we stayed for 2 full weeks this winter vacation. This house had plenty of room for all of us-both indoor and outdoors .The indoor space was cozy, clean and perfect for our family. The heated pool was incredible-we had many days where we just stayed in the backyard all day. The outdoor seating was great for eating outside and enjoying the nice weather. The barbecue and fire pit were used every night while we were there. The house was so well equipped with everything we needed from towels, to blankets, to pans, spices to beach necessities (chairs and beach towel), to bikes for everyone -great, safe neighborhood for evening rides, and swim toys. I truly cannot say enough about this house. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you Chuck-you were an amazing host.

Great property for families

Our family of 5 (kids ages 7, 4 and 1 year) had a great stay at this property. Chuck arranged for a high chair and pack 'n play for the baby which saved us from having to rent those items. The kitchen is well stocked. We prepared almost all meals at the house and enjoyed eating on the patio next to the pool. The house was very clean and comfortable. When not at the beach, we spent our time in the heated pool. The house had plenty of beach and bath towels. There were assorted beach items in the garage along with a variety of pool toys. Chuck was welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had. He also assisted with coordinating delivery of some rental items we ordered. Quick drive to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. It was a great stay and I would recommend this property to other families.

Great time in Boynton

We needed to be in the area for an extended family celebration. This hone hit all the right marks! Good location, nice amenities, clean, great pool. Good restaurants nearby. No complaints! Property manager was very attentive, not that we needed him. All good!

Wonderful Boynton Beach Getaway

We just spent 8 weeks at this property. The house was a well stocked, open concept home with updated kitchen. The home was comfortable in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. The owner was very responsive and hospitable. Loved the heated pool and outdoor space that offered both sun and shade. We loved to barbecue and eat outdoors. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent stay in a clean/comfortable cottage - can't wait to return!!

Our stay at the Seacrest Cottage was wonderful. We were contacted by the host prior to arrival, who ensured everything was set up and prepared for us (*and took extra caution during covid*). The house was very clean and very well maintained, including the grounds, outdoor heated pool and patio area. We had no issues during our stay at all. The amenities were great (smart TV in every room, easy-to-use outdoor grill, very well heated pool). While we did not travel with children, the house is well set up for families with young kids with plenty of toys, floats, etc. for young ones. We've stayed in many rentals but this one really made us feel right at home. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!
