Our stunning newly renovated townhome sleeps 10 and is located less than a mile from Heavenly Mountain Resort and only 4 miles from the casinos and Lake! We offer a fully equipped chef`s kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, a spacious master suite w/tub & fireplace, luxury white bedding, outdoor BBQ, a massive dining table, private ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom, comfortable living room, Smart TV`s, fully stocked supplies and all the comforts of home. HOUSE RULES : ● This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service. ● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. ● Three (3) cars maximum allowed* Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. ● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. ● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm. ● THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME but all dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster. ● PLEASE NO PARTIES - Our townhome is in a multi-family building and our neighbors are local residents, please be kind and keep the party at the Casinos.

Excellent place for family with a number of adults
This property was very well thought out to supply a lovely stay for our family with four young adult offspring. The immaculately cleaned cabin was roomy and well appointed. The kitchen was thoughtfully provided with all of the appliances, dishes, utensils and gadgets that we could have wished for. The Host company was very communicative and not only provided a comprehensive digital guidebook but they also were exceptionally responsive and helpful in answering a couple of questions.
