Our stunning Mountain Modern 3BR Lake View Estate is located in Zephyr Heights and is close to Heavenly Village & the Beach! Soak in the hot tub on our wrap-around deck and enjoy 180 degree lake views, BBQ overlooking the sunset, & wake up to the sunrise from our lake view master. Designed to ensure that every stay is as luxurious and relaxing as it possibly can be from the finest bedding to a well-appointed chef’s kitchen and upscale furnishings, your Tahoe retreat awaits you! Our Home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a hill overlooking the lake in Zephyr heights, less than a mile to Zephyr Cove Beach, it`s so nice to be so close! We have a full sized grocery store (Safeway), a nail salon, post office, fitness center, coffee shop, and several restaurants only two miles away. A four mile drive (or $20-$30 uber ride) will find you to the Casinos, Gondola, and Heavenly Village where all the action is! You will find shopping, dining, and activity recommendations in your welcome letter prior to arrival.

Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, tissues, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge, laundry detergent, and more!

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.

Brandon was outstanding with his communication. The house view is absolutely stunning and everything was in good working order. The distance was perfect to both south and north Lake Tahoe.
