Great spot!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and close to the historic district. It was clean and comfortable. I would totally recommend staying here.

The accommodations were very nice, everything was clean and well taken care of. The only complaint was that the people above were loud, whenever we were there, and well into the night till around 11-11:15. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Place was lovely for the few days stay. The negative we had were the parking issues, no available broom for possible clean up, and thermostat seemed to not work. It never got any warmer than 68 inside and it was about 40-50 the whole stay. Also no additional blankets for comfort. Location was fantastic and lived that we could walk to anywhere within historic Savannah.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in Savannah. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was excellent—quiet, safe, and only a short walk or drive to Riverwalk and downtown attractions.Communication could be improved. The listing says check-in instructions are sent three days prior, but we never received them and had to ask at arrival. The same thing happened with checkout procedures—we had to request them the morning we were leaving. I had also asked about an early check-in, was told someone would update me, and never heard back. The property managers were polite when I called, but response time through messaging was slow.One more note: guests are not allowed to use the on-site garage and must rely on street parking. Allowing garage access would definitely enhance the guest experience.Overall, the stay was pleasant and the property itself was great—clean, quiet, and well-located. With smoother communication and a few small updates, this could easily be a 5-star stay.

A great little spot near forysth park. Very clean, no smells, no bugs or weird hairs,has all the basics. Pros- you can walk to so much- about a 0.25 mile from Forysth park. Near cute eateries. Addressing some of the other reviews. No, there isnt an iron or ironing board. Yes, the water pressure in the shower is oddly low and does require a longer rinse time. But there are plenty of soaps and hot water to offset. Yes, the tv is small especially with how cheap they are these days. There are 3 windows, that are darker but plenty of indoor lighting. Privacy is not a concern. Parking is street parking and very limited directly in front. But you can easily find free street parking within 1-2 blocks. There is an upstairs tenant that does make noise walking around. First night this was of normal waking hrs and not an issue. Second night it was throughout the later evening and into the night being disruptive to sleep. AC excellent but noisy when on. Did not have great communication with rental property- texted with a reply. Called and never got a call back despite being informed we would receive one.

The room was clean and fresh. It is in a highly populated area of walkers during day/night. The studio is very quiet. It is cozy for two since the bed is not within closed walls but the layout of the space is excellent! We only used the coffee maker, fridge, and toaster. The kitchen was well stocked and had a small dishwasher. Excellent location for walking to restaurants and historic Savanah sites. Heavily populated and safe areas with people walking through the day and late night. Stayed during Octoberfest and the walk to riverfront is about 13 minutes away. Cobblestone sidewalks a little uneven and tricky for walking. We would stay at this location again.

It was cozy and quite. Good accommodations. But I would suggest a larger TV. We will certainly consider staying here again when visiting Savannah.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay within walking distance to a ton of great things! There is an amazing Cuban restaurant a few blocks away.The only cons we really found were the shower head only mists you. With the weather being hot and muggy in GA like it is it was difficult to feel really clean or like you actually got all the soap and conditioner rinsed off. Also the 12 cup coffee maker only had pod pack for a sing cup of coffee and the wrong kind of filters.We did run into the city of savannah going under a boil water advisory. We were disappointed that the management company never notified us about it. We didn't find out until we went into town to get lunch and they couldn't serve any ice and told us why.Over all it was a great place to stay and we would stay again.
