This new, completely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo features an open floor concept, luxury vinyl plank flooring, shiplap walls and ceilings, new bedroom and bathroom barn doors, a quiet, efficent mini split AC/Heater unit, wifi, and new beachy decor. The new sleeper sofa and recliner will make sure you are comfortable while watching the new 55" smart TV when you are not at the beach. There is also a small cozy chair which you can stare out at the Gulf through the giant 6 x 4 window. The kitchen, with granite countertops, new stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker, full size stove and microwave is fully stocked with everything you may need to prepare your meals including a crockpot and blender/some spices. Enjoy the convenience of the regular drip coffee maker &Keurig with complimentary coffee. The bedroom has a great deal of storage, a comfortable queen bed with two sconces for night time reading, a power station on each side of bed, a ceiling fan to keep you cool and a smart TV that includes the Direct TV app along with your other favorite streaming services. We provide for your beach going pleasure, 2 beach chairs with umbrella, 2 beach towels, toys, beach cup holders and a backpack cooler. We also provide a starter set of toiletries, 1 paper towel, dishwashing soap, sponge, 2 trash bags and 2 toilet paper. These will not be restocked during your trip. There is a hair dryer and 1 towel set per guest. Also please enjoy the cards, games, puzzles, and Bluetooth speaker provided for your pleasure. While the Ocean Oasis condo is located on the beach side, the complex also includes the building across the street which offers a full size pool with lounge chairs, a second story viewing deck and coin operated washers and dryers.
The Ocean Oasis at Oceanna is located on the very desirable east side or "quiet side" of PCB. This makes for less congestion at the beach and on the streets but still close to shopping, dining and family fun. The popular with locals restaurant, Alibi Beach Lounge, is literally a 20 yard walk from the condo! The Alibi has great food and drinks with live music or bingo on the deck every night. Other notable restaurants in the area include Schooners, Shore Dogs Grill, Patches Pub, and Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop. Golf cart rentals, miniature golf, famous attractions such as Ripley's and Wonderworks, dolphin tours, St Andrew's State Park and fishing charters are all a short drive away.
