Fully equipped kitchen with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances including full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and coffee maker.



Living Room: Cozy space with custom built-in shelving adding character. Comfortable sofa, mounted TV, and dedicated desk for remote work. Door provides privacy when sofa converts to queen bed.



A Note About Our Sleeper Sofas: Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay and for all of your awesome suggestions for food, drinks and entertainment. My husband, daughter and I stayed in this great little apartment. Although we didn't use the patio due to the weather it was a great little spot to talk, have drinks, or just sit and enjoy Providence. Jennifer was a great host who responded quickly and everything about the process was smooth and easy. If my daughter ends up going to Providence College, we will definitely be back!

We were in town because of my niece having surgery at Hasbro children hospital. This apartment was close to everything and easy to get in and out of. We weren’t there much but everything it provided was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating to the requests that I had made. This was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed when travelling for work. Having been recently renovated, everything about the apartment is in great shape.
