This location is all about peaceful serenity while still offering convenience to surrounding neighborhoods and easy access to anything you'd need during your stay. Trout Lily Market and Food Lion are a short 5 min. drive away for immediate grocery and beverage needs, with Whole Foods, Publix and Walmart Supercenter about a 15min. drive away.

Check out Barn Door Ciderworks, just a short walk down the road and be sure to visit some other nearby, neighborhood favorites including Whistle Hop Brewing, The Local Joint, and Sky Mountain Pizza, all less than 5 minutes by car.

You will have access to the entire house! There is a locked owner’s closet located downstairs next to the dining area. Please do not try to access it during your stay.

While the outdoor space is yours to enjoy, please be respectful of the neighbors and be sure to cover the hot tub after each use and ensure the fire pit is completely put out before heading back indoors.

Free parking for up to 3 standard vehicles in the designated driveway area.
Please do not drive or park on the grass or outside the gravel area, as this can cause damage to the landscaping and property. Guests are responsible for any damage to the gravel driveway, including ruts, displacement, or erosion caused by improper use or oversized vehicles.

Location is absolutely perfect in you don't want to be right in downtown Asheville! We had such a memorable experience and will be back for sure! The home was so clean, smelled lovely and was in an ideal location where we still felt close enough to things while getting a slightly more secluded and rural experience.

You will need a car or uber to get around, but you will be within 20 minutes to ANYWHERE in Asheville and the surrounding neighborhoods of Fletcher, Fairview, Arden and Gerton.

To enhance security, this property is equipped with exterior ring cameras, solely monitoring outdoor areas near the home entryways without invading your privacy. Choose us for a worry-free and exceptional experience in Fletcher!

For your safety, we also suggest NOT backing out of the driveway, due to lack of visibility from the road and surrounding trees, and to exit the driveway facing forward. There are also some small ditches at the end of the driveway, near the road. We will not be held responsible for any vehicle damage upon exiting the driveway.

The top bunk has a weight limit of 250lbs, so only one adult please.
