Lakeview Lodge • Sleeps 14 • Lake Cumberland

Hello! We’re Macey and Jordan, a couple from Ohio who’ve recently embarked on the incredible journey of parenthood with the arrival of our first baby. Our adventure into hosting began from a shared love of hospitality and a desire to create a welcoming space for travelers exploring the stunning Lake Cumberland area.
This beautiful lakeside home was inspired by our love for nature, the tranquility of the water, and the friendly, laid-back atmosphere of the local townsfolk. It’s a contrast to our lives in Ohio, but one that has brought us immense joy and a sense of belonging.

When we began our search for the perfect place to call home and share with others, the Lake Cumberland area immediately stood out. It wasn't just the breathtaking views of the lake or the serene, natural beauty surrounding us; it was the sense of community and the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere of the neighborhood that truly captured our hearts.

The scene here is something out of a postcard - with the gentle waters of Lake Cumberland creating a backdrop that changes with the seasons, from lush green summers to the rich, vibrant colors of fall. Our neighborhood is nestled in this picturesque setting, where friendly neighbors are quick to offer a wave or a helping hand, adding to the area's charm and warmth.

What we enjoy most about this neighborhood is the perfect balance it strikes between tranquility and activity. On any given day, we can enjoy the quiet solitude of a morning by the lake, the soft sounds of nature providing a soothing start to the day. Yet, adventure is never far away. Whether it’s hiking through nearby trails, visiting local markets, or enjoying water sports on the lake, there’s always something to do that connects us with nature and each other.

The community here is vibrant and engaging, with local events and gatherings that bring everyone together, creating a sense of belonging and togetherness. It's this combination of natural beauty, community spirit, and the endless possibilities for adventure and relaxation that made us choose this neighborhood. It's where we’ve found our slice of paradise, and we're thrilled to share it with our guests, hoping they too will fall in love with what this special place has to offer.
