Amazing location

This was one of the best stays I had in Miami. Marie was an amazing host and the place was phenomenal!! Would love to stay there again in the future.

Great place!

Lovely property- was super happy with the room, the pool, and the gym. Also had great communication with hosts. And wow what a fabulous location!! We had such a fun trip to Miami and will definitely be back!

Rooming D out of dorm

Stayed for two days to help daughter move out of her dorm. We love the Coconut Grove area & The Arya is one of our favorite places to stay. THI’s room had a nice view of the bay, a hot water kettle, which you don’t always get for my tea, a refrigerator and stove. Most importantly wine glasses for after a long day of packing. Would definitely recommend this place!

The view is even better than the photos!

Check-in was smooth, and the desk staff were friendly and efficient. They even went above and beyond in helping me retrieve an unreachable item I had accidentally dropped from the pool deck. The beds were comfy, the balcony was absolutely fantastic, and the kitchenette was really nice to have for making quick breakfast before each day's adventures. Pity that gorgeous pool wasn't open past 6pm, but oh well. Can't be helped. A few really lovely restaurants were within footsteps of the hotel lobby. I wish we'd had more time to explore the immediate area further. Hopefully another time! I would stay here again, for sure. Evenings spent relaxing on that balcony, watching the stars over the marina and city with a beverage were so lovely!

Very nice and safe

If you're visiting Miami and are looking for a nice and safe place to stay with a covered and free parking, this is the place for you. Coconut Grove is a 1/2 hour drive from Miami. The flat is situated on the 21st floor, it's very quiet and has an amazing seaview. There's a nice swimming pool on the 8th floor, a spa and a gym (towels are provided). The staff of the front desk is very helpful. You don't even have to cook though the flat is well fitted : there's a fresh market in a few minutes drive. I will definitely recommend this flat.

Family wedding stay

Family wedding in Miami. Decided to book thru VRBO. Was quite pleased with the whole experience. Owner communicated all necessary information. Room was as expected-clean, comfortable, great location and view. Elevators a bit slow and disappointed that restaurant was closed but all in all was happy with my stay and would recommend.

Very nice location

Great area walkable to a lot of Restaraunt’s and shops . Host was very accessible and responded quickly. Pool and hot tub great closes at sundown. Room could use some updates. Carpeting is old needs to be replaced or cleaned. Only one burner on stove works . Could use a new frying pan . Lighting in bathroom is dim could use updating. For the price was a good deal . Beautiful views from balcony.

Great location and great view!

We loved Marie’s place! Steps from Coco Walk and a beautiful water view. Her place was clean and comfortable and perfect for my daughter and I. We tried the pool but weren’t paying attention to time. It was after 6 so already closed-bummer! But we would definitely go back again. The lobby was clean and lovely and I communicated with Marie several times. She was kind and responsive and lovely. Would absolutely stay here again!

The view is everything

Property balcony was nice, could use update furniture on it but that is all out the window when u see the view. The neighbor hood surrounding the property has ships and stores and restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop pool is amazing. I had some issues with bathroom for being broken and falling on my foot and the cleaning not being completed before we arrived. The room is located on the highest floor , staff was nice, parking was . It has everything I needed stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The unit also provided beach chairs and umbrella’s. The bath towels could be replaced they looked dingy and there was no WiFi. All in all the hood definitely out weighed the bad. I would recommend this unit!!!!

Beautiful view

This room has a beatiful view of the marina. Nice little kitchenette. Walking distance to charter fishing, parasailing, and jet skiing. Nice restaurants all around. Everything was as advertised and hassle free.

Great location and view!

Stayed for 3 nights while exploring Miami on the way to Key West. The location was great and walking distance to everything in Coconut Grove and just a short drive from everything we wanted to see in Miami. Highly recommend!
