Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

About the space:
Unit 4 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine
- Separate dining area
- In-unit laundry
- WiFi
- Air conditioning via window unit
- Off street parking

It was a very cozy, thoughtfully designed studio in the heart of Mystic, well done! Very efficient, tidy and clean, with everything that you would need to make your stay as relaxing and joyful in every way. Our studio had two entrances that we liked a lot. Walking distance to all restaurants and activities. Super easy check in/out process. Enjoy everyone!

This was our 3rd time staying at this pristine property which is wonderfully appointed with everything you might need. The bed is very comfortable with high quality linens and plenty of towels are provided. As if that isn't enough, the location can't be beat. I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is ideal, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It was an awesome experience. The flat was very clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything that you needed, kitchen with tea and coffee pots. While our trip was cut short due to family pet escaping our sitters, the property was everything we were looking for. The unit was immaculate and stylish and practical! Must Stay Location in Mystic

This is our second stay (4 nights) at this location. Yet again, Mike made everything just amazing for us. The location is beautiful, spotless, wonderful quality linens, no overpowering fragrances, quality toiletries, and furnishings are high end and modern to include the technology.Local to everything Mystic…we park and walk. Another Fabulous Stay

This was our 3rd stay at this location and it did not disappoint. Mike (the property manager) is a pleasure! He effectively communicates and wants to ensure that our stay is as pleasant as possible. The property (like our previous stays) was so clean and the accommodations are wonderful! In addition, there is onsite parking, and the property location is fabulous and walkable to downtown Mystic.
