This is a stand-alone home that was built in 2016. Clean and updated, you will have access to the lake while enjoying beautiful views from our porch off the house and the deck and dock less than 50 yds away!

- Two ski resorts less than 15 minutes away (Hunt Hollow and Bristol).

The cottage is brand new, very comfortable, incredibly well stocked and located just one cottage from the lake. The porch is where we spent most of our time. It was heaven!

We absolutely loved the house! It was so clean- and beautifully decorated. The view of the water from the back deck was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset was amazing. Victoria was wonderful to communicate with- and was accommodating and kind. The neighborhood was great! We loved how close we were to restaurants/Naples/Cummings Nature center. I highly recommend!

The kitchen was fully equipped and a true highlight—perfect for cooking meals during our stay. The porch and outdoor spaces were cozy, relaxing, and made it easy to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.The owners were extremely welcoming, made check-in a breeze, and even reached out during our stay to see if we needed anything. When a small issue came up with the boat dock toward the end of our visit, they responded promptly and worked quickly to resolve it.Check-out was just as smooth, with clear and simple expectations like gathering linens and taking out the trash. We absolutely loved the convenience, the warm ambiance, and the overall experience. We’re already looking forward to booking our next trip here!
